I ordered a frozen coffee caramel and the girl doesn't even tell me that the machine is damaged and she gives it to me without caramel and with ice, it tastes very bitter when it's supposed to be a sweet cold coffee, bad I didn't like it or the size I ask myself and she charged it S and she gave it to me

This store was the cleanest, got my order correctly, employees were neat, and very polite, even there was only 2 of them there. They need a raise I went there on August 1, 2022, I will always go to this one in Lawrence on Lawrence st.they are the best

place is dirty workers are rude and got sick after eating there and my coffee was nasty asked them to remake it and they gave me attitude like it's my fault they don't know how to make coffee the food station was disgusting wouldn't even give them 1 star ⭐ not worth going to rather go to a different dunks or heavenly donuts on Essex st at least they know how to make coffee
