The lady at the cashier caught an attitude when I told her the items that were missing from my bag. I told her the items were two crescent sandwiches. She said I hear wraps and told the person making the food “I heard wraps not crescents”. Took the bag back and retuned it with attitude. Then I go home and noticed the other items I ordered were incorrect. Dunkin’s needs to hire people who listen clearly and not catch attitudes at customers because they heard incorrectly. And I spoke nice and clear and she even repeated the order back to me and still got it wrong.

It was written that it would close at 10 o'clock, but when I went there at 9.10, they told me that the store was closed and they did not take my order. The employees were very rude. They told me that they would not take my order and that I should come and complain to the manager in the morning. It was a situation beyond disgrace.

I work around the corner & pop in here with some frequency. I didnt think it was possible for a Dunkin to really stand out as much as this one does. The morning staff is absolutely amazing, polite, diligent. The egg sandwiches are par excellence, they keep their grills clean and so youre not tasting the last persons sandwiches, and if you get there pretty early, when the donuts first get there theyre really something. Don't forget to tip this wonderful staff, as the job is a bit more complicated than most psople realize.

3 out of 5 times in a week they refuse to take food orders due to low staffing. Today I ordered a muffin and it was destroyed and non edible. I get it if occasionally people call out but this is consistent that they can't offer half the menu at prime breakfast time. And more often than not they have employees outside smoking instead of helping

Typical landlord/ franchisee who thinks that because he serves poor people he can get away with cutting corners. Poor people pay the same price as everyone else at DD. The bathrooms are an absolute disgrace, no toilet paper, no soap dispenser- it's clearly been missing for a while, hasn't been cleaned. Makes me wonder what's going on behind the counter. Don't know if there is a word for it but this is a slum landlord/ franchisee. Staff are good people but they have to use the bathrooms too.

This location has been going downhill, fast. Coffee in the morning is hit or miss, usually a miss. Constantly out of food, straws, and even once they ran out of coffee. Tried to go yesterday at 4:30 in the afternoon and they had closed the kitchen and would not make any food. This happens frequently. Drive the extra half mile and go to the next dunks down the road.

I seen a young Spanish girl, sneezing strut nose rings in. There's nothing wrong with that, but she was sneezing all over her hands like three times then she was going to while she was picking up her bag to load Donaldson. I said aren't you going to wash your hands that is dirty, she pay no mind to me. It's excuse me aren't you gonna wash your hands or sneeze and all of your hands she took her hair and flopped at savers and said no and she picked up donuts and put them in a bag after snot was all over her hands, her manager, or somebody told her to wash her hands. Why did she do it when I told her to if I was in there, someone would had a snot doughnut gross place don't go there they're nasty. If you like nasty you can go if you don't want a nasty donut I advise you to go somewhere else. I wish I would've got my money back.
