The new manager they have here is awful. Most of the inside is locked and you have no choice but to go through the drive through the coffee is absolutely disgusting and always short staffed
Being lazy at work is crazy. After ordering through the mobile app upon arrival I was told they didn’t have empanadas. I asked for my money back and nobody couldn’t help me, the same person that told me there wasn’t any empanadas tells me we have them, but they’re frozen. I got my two empanadas and less than 5 minutes. If this Dunkin could’ve done there job my order would’ve been ready. What kind of I don’t wanna do anything yet collect a check is going on here.

Decent store but I had to stop going here because I work at 7pm and when I would go at 630 they wouldn’t answer the drive through/it would be shut down or sometimes they were “out of coffee”. Change the hours if you’re not to stay open until when you say.

they are too lazy to even put the cream cheese on the bagel...really sad. also my iced coffee wasn't even mixed at all

Very nice in-person experience.Drive through on weekend mornings are a bit lengthy.
Hit our miss depending on staff. Either you're out of drive-through in a minute or you should have, grown, roasted, grind and brewed your coffee to get it faster.

This Dunkin is really nice, it's very clean and the staff was very friendly. Coffee tasted exactly how it should and the hash browns were done right, they forgot my donut When I went through the drive-thru but I went inside and they gave it right to me.
