This business does not serve overpriced food, you can get the same thing at the restaurant next door for half the price and better quality, the owner of this business seems to not care about quality or what consumers think.

This is the best restaurant in the town of Lawrence Massachusetts, come and try there's famous Dominican Chimi,and many many more plates in the menu they are to die for..

It was the worst service I have ever had, and I walked into the tv menus out of service. Asked if they were open for service. Women spoke no English and would not converse in Spanish. Was thrown a QR code to scan by a young man whom seemed to speak some English. When sitting to try and review the menu the same woman came over hovering on-top of us. When asking for more time (in Spanish mind you) she made faces at us.To note the restaurant was not that clean. Half the place was stacked up with tables. Have never left some where so fast.

I've never been in a Grunpy G place before, and I doubt I'll ever go there again.Food was salty.Food was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for the two tiny pieces of meat and barely any side. (I don't mind paying 70$ for two plates) But WOW!Skimpy afI got to my place thinking I got 70$ worth of food but nope ..it didn't even last 15mins.Disappointed.

The food is great and the prices are very good too, but the atmosphere it's no good, the put this music called regueton in Spanish with a lot of offensive words in their lyrics, i don't recommend to take your teenage daughter o boys there just for this music, its not a family environment.

The service is terrible. My wife ordered online through doordash under her name . I arrived to pick it up on our behalf. The cashier which was an old looking lady with a frustrated angry face , proceeds to ask me for first name last name and call number just to prove the order was mines . Then the phone rings and she answers it and begins to attend a new customer on the phone instead of promptly and quickly giving me my order which was supposed to be ready upon my arrival so I can leave . But she takes her time , on the phone wasting my time as my vehicle is running and idling outside. Completely unprofessional and ignorant on her behalf. As a restaurant owner you handle the customer that arrived first and then place any caller on hold until you finish with the first customer. But she lacked the mental capacity to understand how to treat a client therefore resulting in my wife and I never again ordering from this restaurant. That type of service is terrible and is exactly how you get customers to find somewhere else to spend their money . Just because you're a restaurant owner does not mean you can treat the customers any way you choose because without customers the business doesn't receive any money to keep in business but for Lawrence restaurant owners they think they can do whatever they want based on having the title of restaurant owner. For that unprofessionalism I will forward this bad experience to others and they will realize that I was being truthful about how business owners behave with the clients . May this cause a domino effect to where no one , no longer supports grumpy g causing their bankruptcy and business failure.

Love this place - I'll go back once I'm in town again
I was in the area and I needed a quick bite to eat, and I stumbled upon grumpy g's. The ambience of the location was nice and seemed very clean when it comes to the staff they must've just been a little busy because they weren't checking with customers as frequently as they might should have, but then again, they could have been busy with take out orders. The food was good. I did enjoy that and I would return because I was surprised how delicious my chicken burger was.
