We stopped in last week while picking up a load across the street. I have to say the portions were great and all the food served was flavorful. Felt like a home cooked meal. It was much appreciated. The staff from the kitchen and cashier were very welcoming. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely be back the next I'm in the neighborhood.

At times chicken held in warmer steam table to long. Not cooked in batches.Pricing has gone up . Union supermarket on park street stands out in quality and price.If you need 25 fried chicken for 11 to 12 noon do not cook 50 pieces. Seems at noon time chicken cooked even for 5pm dinner

This used to be the spot to go to for all your food. And Your convenient needs but since the Covid epidemic the rising of cost has been a little bit too much for the amount of food that you get per service it's not as big as the money in your pocket. I honestly do not know if it is the cost of the pre-cooked food or the cost of the delivery of their food but they are emphasized in fried chicken and to my knowledge the chicken is cheaper than any other meat so the rise that they thought was OK is not equivalent for the food that they pack. The young ladies in the cooked food department looked overworked underpaid, and with a little bit of attitude, so I have personally not gone there as much as I used to go, because not only of the cost but because of the unfriendliness place.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FOOD HERE! They have the best fried chicken and pork. Plus, I love their rice & beans, fried plantains etc etc... Mmmmmm, yummy! ??♥️ I also love that there a small convenience store in the front of the store to get those little extras u might want like candy & soda etc etc...Parking: There is a small parking area in front of Jackie's but if it's full you'll have to find a spot to park on the street!

Prices were about right for the quality, and it was very cheap, at least by the standards of 2022.Beef patty was the saltiest food item I have ever been served, and I asked for three fried chicken thighs, ended up with a chicken thigh and two wings. Fried chicken was significantly below average
