Customer care is always great and baristas always have a positive attitude. Service is honestly pretty quick for a Starbucks most of the time. Conveniently located, plenty of accessible seating in a variety of options both indoor and outdoor. Bathrooms consistently clean.Parking: Plenty of parking with an additional business' lot nearby for quick trips in and out.

Very rude short light skinned girl with black curly hair, asked her for help with my pick up order and she told me to ask somebody else who had went to the back, asked her to call him over since she won’t help and told me to walk over there myself when he was in the back. If you don’t like customers, don’t work in customer service. Rolled her eyes at me and refused to service me when I was simply and nicely asking for help with my pickup order that I was given an EMPTY bag for.

All I ordered was a simple hot expresso, the girl took 10 minutes to make it and eventually she made it iced, after I notified them, the girl make it again and instead of just putting it on the counter she literally throw it. Even though a manager was there with them.

Well, when I order that girl took my order correctly, but they were on the headset talking to each other, and I had to correct her at least three time or she was making the coffee because she didn’t pay attention to what she was supposed to be doing the word, so busy chitchatting to each other and I don’t think that’s

The staff seems to be a revolving door. I'm used to the Starbucks baristas knowing me by name considering how often I go there. The drinks are made extremely inconsistent. I love Starbucks but this location is not like the many others I've frequented and for the money spent, I like them knowing who I am and not giving attitudes when drinks are made wrong. It takes a lot for me to ask for a remake so when I do, listening is key. People know their drinks, how they look, how they taste - so if they say something doesn't look right, don't take it personally and listen versus arguing. Ive been to Starbucks where I went to the wrong location and they happily made my drinks there so I didn't have to go to the other location. That's above and beyond. I can't see this ever happening here. I have to battle to get my drinks made as ordered. Also, the time on the mobile order needs to be more accurate. It just seems like staffing is off which is unfortunate because it's such a big deal when you are treated with appreciation. I've been going here for a year now since I moved from my last location and they knew me within a month.

I love strong coffee, and they do that well here so I treat myself whenever possible. Ordering ahead on the app makes it a little easier, but I don't have the space in my phone for too many extra apps at the moment.
