I have given this place at least 5 chances because not many spots serve vegan cheese around the area. Last time was chaos. I ordered a large pizza with vegan cheese and a couple of other toppings. The cheese is in the system as "sm vegan cheese" and "lg vegan cheese" because they charge more on a large pizza. Pretty standard stuff. They made one large dairy cheese pizza with the toppings we wanted and one large vegan cheese pizza. The manager on duty tried to convince me that I had ordered the pizza incorrectly. The workers looked super uncomfortable because they knew she was wrong, but they had no choice but to listen to her. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make a new pizza. Overall just bizarre and uncomfortable.

Have ordered here at least half a dozen times myself and my girlfriend however many times. The quality of the food isn't bad but when we order whatever it may be it's not made right. constantly missing the items/ toppings or when the items are on there, it's barely any of it. Like my GFs BLT the last 3 times was missing the banana peppers or onions or cheese. this time they got everything but only one dinky slice of bacon was on the BLT. I too have had a lack of the ingredients that was clearly ordered online. it's not even a communication error. We get charged extra for these ingredients and we get jipped. I paid extra for egg on my sub and low and behold no egg. not trying to completely bad mouth this business because there is some good aspects of it but if an order prints out and it's us who puts it in and it goes through the POS system it's not hard to follow instructions. And yes I have worked in pizza joints I know how it is, it can be busy, it can be stressful, but 5 times in a row of messed up orders is enough for us.

C&M can!! there was barely any bacon in a BLT... $12 for bacon shakes, 1/2 tomato and no lettuce... 1st and LAST time I ever go here... 20 years ago place was amazing! never again.... go somewhere else or make it yourself....Parking: lots of parking because nobody is eating here....

Food was 48 dollars for a large steak and cheese that had old cold cheese cold steak and half filled with meat, a kids pizza flipped upside down, buffalo chicken that looked like Dino nuggets with hot sauce. When I called to let them know she said I just wanted to complain for a refund. Place lost a long time customer went so down hill what a sad place of business.

It’s a real shame about this place. The pizza is pretty good, and their pizza sauce one of my favorites.But they just can’t seem to get a single order correct. We order delivery here regularly, once or twice a week. Delivery is NOT fast. They tell you on the website it will take an hour, but I don’t think our food has ever arrived within an hour, usually longer. If you can avoid it, try to skip the delivery, maybe they have better service if you pick up or dine-in.Our orders are so consistently wrong- sometimes in a big way or sometimes something small like I can’t think of a single instance they have given us the correct sodas, they always send diet sodas and we don’t drink diet, it just goes to waste. Unfortunately our orders have been wrong so regularly that we have had start ordering from New York Pizza and Pizza King- both places have worse food than C&M but they at least give you what you ordered.
