Awful experience. The food looked nasty and was sitting in dirty water (and i was the first person there), a worker was outside the door smoking when I got there, everyone was looking at me like I had two heads for arriving when it said they were open, the food looked like throwup and tasted the same, all for the lovely price ofTHIRTY $30 DOLLARS for two bowls (one chicken and one sofritas) and a bag of (not even half filled) chips. I wish I was joking.The accessibility issues are another thing, the walkways and doors are not marked in any way so you walk around looking for a way out. There's no way I am the first person trying to find a way out.Not coming back.Chipotle, you're on your way out. Good riddance.

The employees are really cool, but they never get a single thing right anytime I go here. You’re better off driving 45 minutes to Marlborough.Usually I get the complete wrong order, but this time I was impressed, the bag was correct, but the actual bowl inside was for acompletely different person

Absolutely disgusting restaurant, second time I have been there where the entire restaurant looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, drink machines were barely full and completely stagnant. The food all looked like it was right about to be thrown away due to lack of quality and this was in the middle of the day. DO NOT EAT

This Chipotle had so many staff people and the place was so dirty. No table was clean. Any one of the workers that weren't doing anything useful behind the counter could have gone out and wiped down surfaces.
First off I love Chipotle, however this one in Leominster routinely screws up their food and makes a gross product. This most recent time they burnt all the chicken!! I love Chipotle but avoid this location at all cost!!

I used to love Chipotle…..but the last few times i went it was horrible. They gave me a completely different order from what i ordered. Guacamole was brown and not fresh. The chicken was chewy and over cooked. The rice was crunchy and barely cooked. I used to love it here and i am very disappointed. Don’t go to the chipotle in Leominster, MA.

I haven't had Chipotle in a long time and was excited to get some. Very disappointing. I don't think they seasoned anything. I got a carne asada bowl, white rice, black beans, queso, fresh salsa, cheese sour cream, and guac. The only thing I could mildly taste was the queso and fresh pico. Steak was dry, rice and beans so bland. Big let down. Honestly the chips were the best part.
