I just went in here a couple days ago and waited around and the place felt abandoned. I was about to leave when finally someone came to help. The ice cream was not good. It was icy and the employee wasn't able to smooth it out so I got chunks of freezer burnt ice cream with some toppings on it. It was so disappointing.

LITERALLY my only issue with this location was all the fruit flies flying in the case and on top of ALL THE OPEN TOPPINGS! I literally just threw my ice cream out. It just seems as if this location is just run down the front ice cream case seems to not be working, so they have to get the ice cream from the back. I would of took a picture but I honestly don’t think anyone wants to see that!

I think this is an average and typical Cold Stone location. It's clean and well kept. The service was prompt and helpful. The food quality is ok. It's average quality ice cream that they smash a bunch of toppings into. I think it's relatively pricey for the quality of ice cream they use.....

Turn off online ordering for this location, unless it's for a cake. If you come when they're busy, wait times will be long. Always consistently good ice cream though.

I want to thank sierra and her coworker for doing an outstanding job today with customer service. When I arrived she took my gf order nicely and advised me her coworker was getting milk for the store so she couldn’t make my shake but I just waited 5 minutes came back in the store and she remembered my order and said she will get it for me right now. The fact she remembered my face and order that’s what I give a A+ service.

Kaylee I believe her name; was a great manager! Definetly fits the role. Greeted me right when I walked through the door and answered all of my questions like she knew the place like the back of her hand. Cold Stone is lucky to have a worker like her manning the ship. Ice cream was great thankfully. Last time I went it seemed like teenagers raided behind the counter and had no idea how to deal with customers. I heard this place unfortunately has a bad rep with management; it's an amazing comeback having Kaylee on the team. Hope y'all go in she's working! Place is not the same without her.

I arrived here tonight at 6:54 p.m. Drove ALL the way from Ashby, because I checked my Google maps and it said they were open until 8:00 p.m. There are 4 people inside, door was open, but a sign on the door said they were "CLOSED". I went inside and asked if they were open, and two of them said, "No, we're closed. So sorry." I said, "What time did you close at?" And they both said, "6:30". So I left. Disappointed. Now, listen, if you are going to close early - fine - but CHANGE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS and your GOOGLE MAP footprint to reflect that change. DO NOT leave everything saying that you're open. That's just silly and, frankly, in this day and age of wide technology useage, it's lazy. Change your electronic footprint to be accurate. I was really looking forward to some Coldstone tonight. Not happy.

The manager at the leominster location goes above and beyond. Even though corporate isn't holding up there end of the bargain. She deserves a raise or a promotion or something for her customer service!
So good! Best place for a decadent overindulgence!! Superb ice cream. They also have insanely good ice cream cakes for special occasions. Love it!!

Very pleased with this location. Clean and well stocked, great selection. I ordered a custom cake and it was fantastic, from ordering to the finished cake - all around great experience. Very friendly staff, and delicious ice cream.

I have tried to go at 7:15 6 times in the last 3 weeks and they keep closing early. If you’re not going to stay open for the whole time you’re listed as open change your hours so people stop wasting their time. I was one of 4 cars that pulled up and were turned away. After dinner time is the most popular time to get ice cream so why are you closing. Also when I called to ask if they were open the worker was incredibly sassy and rude.

Typically never have had a bad experience from this location but the last 2 times have been awful. I order a pint to last us a few weeks well last time I got it home and had some and there was nuts in it (I did not order nuts) thankfully me nor my husband are allergic and now this time the ice cream tastes like peanut butter! AGAIN didn’t ask for it and AGAIN thankfully were not allergic! They need to do a better job at cleaning in between customers this is getting ridiculous

This place used short staffing as their excuse for everything. Place an order an hour ahead of time? show up it's not even made yet. Ordered a custom birthday cake that was cancelled immediately after ordering because "they need up to a 72 hour turn around time on a cake". avoid the annoyance and go somewhere else
