They are quick to get my food done for my order but they then messed up my sandwich after I asked no egg and when I wanted to add something onto my order, they told me to drive around cause of a timer. Basically refusing to put it on order.

I’ve lived on the area for almost 3 years now. Hands down the best dunks in the city. I drive across the entire city to come to this dunks daily’s. There are 3 within walking distance of my house. Yet I drive across town to go here instead. The coffee is always amazing and exactly how it should be.

I used to think this was my favorite Dunkins in leominster but I’d rather drink piss than anything that came from them. The customer service that I just experienced was absolutely awful. The way they treated me how rude they were this time. But I’ve had them be rude to me before I just never said anything. I asked for the money back for a donut I didn’t want that they charged me for. I asked instead since it was there mistake if I could have hash browns instead because it is less than a donut and the manager I think said no so I asked for my money back and she said well you said it was fine and I only said it was fine cause I didn’t want to argue with the guy. He looked stupid and confused. And rather than argue I just said it’s fine. But then my son didn’t even eat the donut and we were still there so I asked for an exchange. I am a very loyal customer and worked at Dunkin’s for a year last year I know what I’m talking about one donut could have been exchanged for six little hash browns for my three year old son who never eats for me so when I find something that he loves I wanted to get him more but then the lady started mouthing off to me the customer like lady get a real job. That is why I don’t work there anymore. It’s a get well job or just a job until you find something better. Some people can’t even make coffee though.

Just went here 10 mins ago, This location has the worst employees with awful attitudes. Did not appreciate the customer service I received. first we ordered 2 med iced coffees, they made them large instead and then when we told them it was med, they poured the large into a med cup, this makes the coffee not taste right at all how we wanted it when you do that. And it’s not sanitary. Then the food I ordered was a jelly stick and they gave me a jelly donut. They don’t listen to your order correctly and just charge you for more then you want. Don’t recommend this location at all.

The physical location is just the worst for drive through as it's a small location and the line goes into the street during peak hours HOWEVER out of all the local Dunks this particular crew makes my coffee the absolute best and are always friendly and expedient so it's worth it. I don't take a very fancy coffee so it's easy to tell when the coffee is just plain brewed better from the very start as this location does.

My wife and I wanted to try the new burrito/wraps(chicken and pepper and the chorizo). We ordered two of each-one for each of us-but only got two of one and one of the other. I ate one of mine and was disappointed that the middle was cold, but hoped that since my wife’s hash browns were warm that it was a fluke. All three wraps were cold in the center. Normally don’t have this issue when coming to this locationUpdate-one week later order from this location again: missing a sandwich; not just missing it, even after the order was repeated back to us and the sandwich was listed and confirmed it was not on the receipt nor was it included with other items in the order

Great place. Everyone is always friendly. Anytime something is wrong with a order the younger manager does one heck of a job fixing it. She is the only reason I go back.

placed a pickup order through the app 10 minutes prior to arriving for 2 drinks and 1 donut. pulled up to the window after being told to come around for my pickup order and neither of the drinks were made, after the first drink was made the second drink had to be re selected cause they didn’t have the original selection, and when I asked where the donut was she said “I literally just through those out like a few minutes ago.” i said okay and drove off, but like girl, you had my order for 10 minutes and you through them out a few minutes ago? and she didn’t even refund it like okay.

While waiting in the drive thru for over fifteen minutes to order ONE ICED COFFEE, I somehow missed the order speaker, as the way the cars were stopping it was impossible to get back to the speaker so I continued to wait thinking I would apologize at the window and order just my ONE COFFEE. When I got to the window I explained what happened, and apologized. The lady said I had to GET BACK IN LINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!! I told her I did wait in line like Everyone Else. She said then park the car and come in to order!!!!! Omggg NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT ALL!!!!
