Found a tiny black bug on the rice. I would have probably never caught it if it wasn't for my bright lights in my home. Yuck. I give up with the constant worry of the quality of my food at this place.

The customer service has improved over the last decade of horrible customer service, however, I've always been sketchy with their overpriced ($40 for two appetizers and a lunch plate) and mediocre-tasting food over the years, and today I finally found one of the potentially many culprits...a Rice Weevil. Yuck. Now I know why its been a while we don't order, and now I can just finally say, enough is enough.

The food isn't consistent , you might love it one time and the next time the same dish is totally different. They also forget things , so you need to check the bags before you leave , which is a pain .

I would have given this restaurant 1 star but the inside of the egg roll was well done and that doesn't happen often. I had called in a pick up order of a pu pu platter for 2 and a large order of pork fried rice. I was only 6 mins away when I called. I was told it would be about 20 mins which on a Friday evening is expected. When I entered I expected to have to wait the 14 mins for my order. Yet when I provided my order number my order was already packaged and ready. I should have known right then and there that it was too good to be true. I came home and the oil was seeping out onto the bag.. I had to use several paper towels to try and soak up the oil. The oil wasn't from it being freshly fried but due to it being refried after it being left out. The "crispy" outer coating looked darker than golden brown but was far from crispy and crunchy. It was soggy from the oil. I called the restaurant to express my disappointment but the call had a busy signal. I would imagine that with practices like this, sitting in is clearly not an option. The pork fried rice had minimal to no pork. The boneless spare ribs were dry and flavorless. I have added pictures but I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of the rice and pork due to being very frustrated. I will not be going back nor will I be recommending it to others.

Rice is yellow like Spanish rice and has very few ingredients it is also dry. Avoid the rice altogether. Go with lo mein. Crab Rangoon is very good probably best thing on menu. I've noticed a decline over the past 6 months. I do have hope that they will revamp the rice.

I’ve been getting food here since I was a kid. It’s the best Chinese food spot around hands down. When I didn’t live in Leominster I always craved this place. Everything is delicious, fresh, good quality. Friendly hard working employees and fast delivery. There’s really no other option!
