They make a great chai tea. This location seems to move pretty quickly which I appreciate as I'm usually on my way to work when I stop.

If you've never had gourmet donuts you're missing out because they are so phenomenal there moist delicious awesome tasting a variety. The service is top-notch. I just went to their West Boylston, MA location around 4:30pm and ONLY because it is the same location that a GREAT Coffee Shop, Donut Chateau occupied many years ago. What a huge mistake. Coffee was lukewarm at best and less than average in taste. My plain donut, made "fresh that morning" was dry and very unremarkable. It was supposed to be a "cake type" donut, not so. My medium tepid coffee and lousy donut cost me nearly $5.00!!! Highway robbery. I am a devoted Cumberland Farms customer; I get a LARGE, very good cup of coffee for $1.39. I have no use for Dunkin Donuts, Gourmet Donuts, and especially (puke) Starbucks!!

So the coffee is very good and I commend them for that - beats the crap out of the acidic brown liquid they call coffee at Dunkin Donuts. However they are serving the same premade frozen crap eggs on their breakfast sandwiches - which are like eating rubber. Is it too hard to cook a damn egg and slap it on a sandwich?

I used to loved Gourmet but the last few times I’ve gone, my orders were made incorrectly. This morning I ordered a bagel with egg and cheese. The girl who took my order repeated it twice very clearly to the woman making it and after I got to work, I realized I was given a bagel with cream cheese because the woman was busy talking to someone and not paying attention to what she was told. I do not eat cream cheese so I am just throwing money in the trash. I do not work in Leominster and don’t have the ability to leave to go back and have this corrected.
