This was my second time ordering. First time I had a n order delivered at my office in leominster. It was great, no complaints. It came quickly and was still hot. Tonight I placed an order on my way home approx 30 minutes from home. ETA was 30 min. Would have worked out great. Needless to say got home still prepping. Finally got notice out for delivery. Waited another half hour. Needless to say all the food was cold and soggy. Needless to say never again, total waste of money. We dont order out very often. Money is tight. What was supposed to be a treat was a total waste.

Three orders in a row have been messed up. This was it for me. A 10-15 minute order turned into 30-35 minutes. My fries were barely cooked and my instructions for my pizza were not followed correctly. The pizza hadn't even been started by the time I got there 10 minutes after my call. It's a real shame. I used to eat here twice a week and I loved it. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon, if ever. I'm saddened by the drastic drop in quality over the last few months.

On Friday (9/28/2023) I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a large steak and cheese sub with grilled peppers & onions, extra cheese, and ketchup and mayo. The prices were ridiculous right off the bat but we decided why not, its a small business and ordered from them. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE. Upon arrival, (about an hour wait from calling, pretty typical) the pizza was ICE COLD and the crust on the pizza was completely black and burnt. At this point I was already upset so I decided to go to bed and eat the sub for lunch the next day. To preface this next bit I have an ALLERGY to mushrooms and I cant eat them or I’ll have intense stomach pain. The next day for lunch I go to warm up my sub and I take a bite of it (silly me, assuming it would be correctly made the way I ordered it right?) and immediately taste mushroom. I spit out the sub and opened it to see that it was not only COVERED in mushrooms it also had no ketchup or mayo, virtually no cheese, and no grilled peppers at all. My husband was super upset (as he should be) because obviously thats not what i ordered. We called them to give them a chance to rectify the situation, he explained what happened (albeit he was a little agitated) so I took the phone and I started explaining that I cant eat mushrooms and I had to throw away my $13 sub that I took ONE BITE from and it didn’t seem fair that they get to keep our money from a mistake THEY made. The girl who answered the phone was very nice and she said that she’d call her boss and get back to us on what they could do. We waited for over 2 hours for a call back that never came. The situation never got rectified and now im out $35 because they can’t seem to get their act together. After reading other reviews I see that this is a common problem at this establishment. My company orders at least $300 in pizza and sides every week for our staff and safe to say I will NEVER be recommending this place or ordering from here ever again. In fact, I will be telling everyone i know to avoid this place like the plague. Nasty food, Nastier customer service. They don’t even deserve one star in my opinion. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Careful. Prices shown in all online menus are WAY off. Just ordered delivery, 2 subs. 2 chicken finger dinners (comes with 4 tenders and a small fry) a garden salad and 2 bottles of soda for $80. Plus it took over an hour to be delivered. That is INSANE. I could have taken my family out to dinner at il Caminos and had a drink for that price. Food was tasty but $80 for subs and chicken tenders is unreal. Is this Disney or Leominster House of pizza? Never again.

I had an Italian sub. It was bologna, ham, salami and cheese. (More like an American with salami)A real Italian sub has salami, mortadella, Capicola, provolone, chopped dill pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, crushed hot peppers (not banana peppers) and sub oil or oil and red wine vinegar with a dash of oregano. The sub was good, the bread was fresh and the place was very clean but I was disappointed they didn't make a true Italian sub.
