Went to this McDonald’s to get dinner with my 2 kids, the food was brought to our table on a tray with the drinks spilled & the server asked “is this ok” while squeezing the chicken sandwich, I politely explained that I don’t want to feed my kids soggy food & asked for fresh food that I had paid for!
I understand that accidents do occasionally happen, but to serve soggy food is not acceptable, very disappointed with this McDonald’s service.

I've just got this order from McDonald's and brought it home and I open it up and see this?!like McDonald's did your employes just eat the chicken halfway through making it or did they kill themselves through making this.? -100/10 don't ever go here,go to the Fitchburg one instead of this crap

There is a man here doing all of the work, a tall man wearing an apron. He cleaned the windows, the carpet, the bathroom everything, props to that guy he gets 5 stars by himself, dude was even cleaning the street outside. Great staff. The woman at the cash register was wearing a very cool paper hat that I wish every McDonald's employee wore everywhere. Fries were pretty good. Nuggets were very good. The cheeseburger was very good. The sing 2 toy is very cool and works well. There are really cool zig zag lights. They have a wordle on the wall of McDonald's words that's pretty cool. Very nice booths there is a little privacy. The self order machines are nice. Cool lid dispensers.

Not a big deal, but seems like more than pandemic inflation. $4.66 for (only) large French fries, including tax.

thumbs up to the night team tonight ,i went at midnight ,there where about 8 cars ahead of me ,they flew right threw the orders ,every thing was hot med fries was full to top also great job to the night team tonight !!!

The quality of the food is fine compared to other McDonald's restaurants. However the line always takes way to long to get through. I am the 3rd car in line right now and I haven't moved an inch in 20 minutes.....

I picked up an Oreo McFlurry and was overcharged. No price displayed at the drive thru window so I believe the employees are pocketing the difference. They also did not give me a receipt. My bad for not trying to read the price board in the dark. When I got home and looked up the price (because they gave me too much change which seemed odd) I saw that what they said was $4.66 is actually either $1.79 or $2.39. I paid with a $20 and got $16 back. The lid was loose making a mess and there was only a little bit of Oreos in the top. The item was 80% or more plain vanilla.Find another McDonald's to frequent.

Got home and bit into a bleeding burger!!! Tried calling and telling the manager that their cook sucks but they never answered. Absolutely disgusting!! My stomach is still turning!
Absolutely asinine. Got in line at drive-thru approximately 1:20am. It is now 2:05am and they haven't given us our 2 paid for items. Several people literally peeled out of the parking lot they got so fed up. Never seen a situation like this ever, and that's saying a lot.

i got a mcflurry half full. and to pay almost $5 I expect it to b3 full and the fries were semi cold and a little stale won't go back
