If they ask you to pull up to the reserved spot , DONT! They’ll just have you waiting there for 10+ minutes while everybody else gets their food. I didnt even order anything crazy just a big mac.

My daughter and I both got food poisoning from here a few weeks ago. Went around 7 pm. Daughter and I shared a meal. Hubby got his own and he was fine. The guy taking orders was rude when I didn't engage in his conversation about his love life.They forgot a burger so I had to go inside to get it after we went through the drive through. The worker inside acted like she was annoyed that I came in to get the burger. There's always a wait and it's usually cold.

worse mcdonald’s ever don’t pull up to wait for your food literally i watched two people before me go inside cause they forgot about em then it was my turn they did the same thing then made my burgers when i was inside worse part is they slapped it together mac sauce everywhere bottom and top buns onions on the outside i told them my order multiple times and was very clear they still couldn’t get it right don’t recommend this one go to fitchburg
The best thing about this visit was the super fast & friendly cashier taking the order. The person giving food (shift supervisor) rude & too confident with himself. I asked for a caramel frappé and only had a thin & tiny scribble (supposedly an M) & when I asked to add more caramel cause is suppose to be a caramel drink, he stated that's the way it suppose to be & refused. Why pay so much, if is not going to have the name & main ingredient why I purchase it. Then he got very upset when I told him not not patronize me & stop calling me honey in a sarcasm way, cause I could be his mom & I have a name. You see I love the cashier taking the order, yes she called me honey but respectfully & I loved it.

Went there tonight. The gentleman with glasses was very rude. You say thank you and he either responds with “yes” or doesn’t acknowledge it. Hands you your food like you’re wasting his time. Very poor customer service.
