Food was pretty good, service was ok. Part of my meal was left off and had to wait for it, Brussels sprouts. Also, put the picture of what the Brussels sprouts look like in the menu.I wasn't expecting whatever it was I received in the little cast iron pan, but it was more than Brussels sprouts and did not look appetizing, infact I didn't eat a single bite it was so off-putting.My ribeye steak was ok, but could have been better. My boss ordered a sirloin and it looked so much better than mine. Had a nice crust on the steak, mine just looked wet. Not juicy, but wet. Disappointing.

I’m a little bit frustrated that I keep mentioning issues over and over again and nothing happens.The manger Brian is the only one who goes around to check on guests and staff members. I’m a regular and for him to even check on the regulars and get to know them by name is Amazing. Will someone please contact me as I want to discuss the other issues

I sat at the bar and will say service is great. The food was great as well the only reason they get 3 stars is the outrageous prices and food portion sizes. I totally understand they have high cost on products but the steak I got was the size of an oreo cookie. The chicken was also extremely small. Let me say when the bake potato is bigger than the chicken and steak combined you know you have been screwed. This will absolutely be a last resort restaurant in the future.

I brought my family to outback for my son’s 16th birthday today. The food was perfect and our waitress (Felisha) was amazing as always. She’s probably the friendliest waitress we’ve ever had. Hopefully her supervisors read reviews because she’s doing an amazing job.
Went for lunch on a Friday. Great staff and quick and hot food.

Steak not cooked correctly, no spices, tasteless! Side terrible, onion soup was watery and also flavorless. Dry rice, Coffee also tasted blah, no flavor. Manager was there , but he didn’t walk around to check if all was ok. Dropped knife and had to go to hostess to get a new one. Waitress didn’t check back very often. Cream was shelf safe plastic holders instead of a creamer. No class Restaurant. No steak sauce in sight! Place has gone downhill!

Service and atmosphere were fantastic. Unfortunately, my wife's chicken was undercooked, and half my meal was cold. Most likely a one-off, but I haven't been here in a while and most likely won't go back any time soon.

One of the worst experiences I've had at an Outback. Service was painfully slow and the restaurant wasn't busy. I'm a server and I like nothing more than to leave a review raving about great service and good food but unfortunately I can't in this instance. We spent more time waiting than anything else. We waited at least 10 mins for soft drinks, another 10+ mins for bread, when the food finally comes out, everything is so heavily salted its inedible. I ate none of my meal, told the server about how salty it was so Ithought she was taking it off the check since I ate literally NONE of my meal, and she was gone forever, but no, she was just holding us hostage for an additional 15 mins. Not to mention it was my daughter's birthday, I mentioned it when we made our reservation and my daughter had a birthday hat/ ears on from Great Wolf Lodge. Nobody, not even our server wished get a Happy Birthday.

I just went their for my Bday with my mother, brother and his wife. They help with our odd request for an outlet for a michine. The waitress was the best she help us and serve us with our crazy antics shes the best. The food was great the people great and is worth going again in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: They helped us find the best place for my wheelchair bound mother and to get in and out was good.
