Based on the Panera experience I remember from years ago, I always want to go there, but sadly I am quickly reminded why I shouldn't anymore ... The cost has gotten absurd for a "fast food" lunch. Over $20 for a "You Pick Two" selection and coffee. (Wasn't "You Pick Two" supposed to be a "good deal?") All for fast food you order yourself, pick up yourself, clean your own table off before you sit down, go pick up your meal, bus it to the trash/dirty dish area, and clean up the table.... My bowl of chicken rice soup was only 1/3 full, and the half salad was basically iceberg lettuce with a few other things added in. Regretfully, this same experience echoes at whatever branch you go to. I spent $22 and left hungry... Glad I had a protein bar in the car!

Went there because we had a special deal that was only good if ordered on line. Got so confused and lost in the online system that I gave up and just ordered without using the special. That and somewhat high prices for portion sizes keeps us going elsewhere instead of Panera.

Panera Bread is one of many restaurants feeling the pinch of being short staffed and getting good help. I believe my comments are reflective of these circumstances. Once Panera ramps back up they will again be getting 5 stars across the board.
Always a tasty bite at Panera. We had great food while relaxing and enjoying each others company.

It has been a while since we have eaten at a Panera. We enjoyed the pizza that we had. It was perfect proportion sized for the two of us for lunch. We use the quick order and it all went well.
