Everyone kept asking where we got this beautiful masterpiece of a cake that tasted as absolutely amazing as it looked. I was blown away by how perfect it came out. So happy I chose Simply Sweet by Christine to make this special cake for a special PA school graduate.

Ordered a custom cake and sent in inspiration pictures not expecting a carbon copy and that’s basically what I got. I was hoping that they would do a little something to make it different as I sent in multiple photos. I received a quote after doing an inquiry online and called to put down a deposit. A few days later I get an email back asking if I wanted to proceed with the order and gave me a different price than what was told to me. I emailed back confirming the original price and that they got my deposit which they confirmed. The day I was set to pick up, their phone lines weren’t working for hours. I sent my ex husband to pick up the cake and they charged him for the second price (more expensive price) despite confirming the quote price twice. The day of my twins party, the cake completely collapsed while I was bringing it to the car. The collapse was NOT from rough handling or driving to fast or anything. That happened literally from carrying the box from my house to my car…approximately 50 feet. Left me with no choice but to go get a grocery store cake before my kids party. Total waste of money. I get 2 tier cakes for my kids every year and I decided to try a new bakery this time. The cake was not dense enough for a 2 tier cake nor was there enough dowels to support it. First and last time buying from this bakery.

Small little shop, employees are very sweet and the desserts are even sweeter!!! Everything about this place is wonderful and definitely needs more recognition for what it’s worth. So good. Love the macarons.

We got 8 cupcakes (4 doubles) for bringing to a friends house and 2 cookies for us. OMG - everything was so delicious!! A standout was the turtle cheesecake which was out of this world! And the cookies were fantastic. So glad this bakery is in Leominster!

I believe I may have neglected to comment on how wonderful it was having Simply Sweet involved in making my wedding cake and desserts. I heard wonderful things and booked a cake tasting a few months prior to our September 2023 wedding. Communication was superb and Christine reached out very quickly to set up a cake tasting. Every option provided was so delicious. In the end, we decided on a small and simple 2 layer cake for us as a couple and then an assortment of cupcakes for guests customized to what flavors we chose. Everything was so wonderful and we were so pleased!

My request for a custom cake was met with an enthusiastic,“sure, we can do that!” After a few details, Christine and her team ran with the design, and the results were amazing! Not only was it beautifully decorated, it was absolutely delicious! Everyone that saw it was amazed, and the recipient was just blown away. The attention to detail was just what I was looking for. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

I emailed this place hoping they will take care of the problem. As I wrote in my email ivwas very disappointed with the birthday cake my husband picked up on Feb 17th. It was dark chocolate I am allergic to that and she was specifically asked the price was high however we felt it must be good. Nope I have to disagree with the reviews it was darkest chocolate ever it tasted stale Accor to my husband. I couldn't touch it as I know dark chocolate when I see it the frosting was chalky no flavor as I did try that terrible..... Asking for a replacement in different flavors or a few cupcakes something. She is new gotta do better to compete with Joyce's or Dutch kitchen next this is for Diane Stephenson I'm only allergic to dark chocolate you butted into my review so here are the facts allergic to dark chocolate she was completely aware of it I did receive a refund hell ya $50.00 so next time know your facts then kindly refrain from judgment of me. Remember allergic to dark chocolate not milk chocolate of which my husband was told they use.......

Christine and her staff made our wedding cake for our 10/29 wedding. We had our tasting a couple months ago and it was a no brainer because everything was delicious! We had a two layer cake; bottom was lemon with lemon curd, and the top was chocolate with salted caramel. Everything was so delicious, everyone loved it! And it looked exactly like the picture we gave her. Can't recommend this business enough!!
