Tables weren't cleaned, and staff was too busy talking to each other for me to get their attention after I placed my order. The food was good, but I had to take mine to go as all the empty tables were dirty.
It's a reliable pit stop for the espresso addict like me, but I often long for another, less boring and less corporate option. In many spots though it is the only game in town.

it's very busy here and service can seem slow. I appreciate that there is a Starbucks at this location. There's always a line of cars waiting to place an order. I usually call ahead or order inside.
