Went in with a $7 foot long coupon, that said it covered everything excluding Mexicali, monster, and beast sandwiches. When I got to the counter, I was told they will only honor it for cold sandwiches with limited meat, not any of the other subway series sandwiches. Complete bait and switch to get you to come into the store in my opinion. I walked out empty handed instead of paying for an overpriced sandwich. Tried to get a footlong cookie, and was told the promo is over (despite having signs up for it). Disappointing trip.

I came in to try the Footlong Cookie and asked if I could bring it home to bake myself; in other words to receive the product unbaked in store, as it is, when sent to my local Subway. The very kind employee serving me immediately obliged and sold me the Footlong Cookie that hadn’t been baked in store yet, so that I could go home and bake it myself. This was a great customer experience and I deeply appreciated the employee’s willingness to sell me the product before being baked in store. I have been living in Leominster since October last year so not that long but I swear by this Subway! They are attentive to customer requests and did a great job for me this afternoon in providing me excellent customer service and delivered the exact product I asked for. This location deserves so much credit and appreciation. Thank you so much.

There ice mechine is broke there soda doesn't turn off unless u jiggle it they only accept some coupons and even when they accept the coupons there are restrictions that are not part of the coupon place is dirty won't be going back.

The peppers and onions weren't cooked. They weren't even heated up. They were cold and raw. And the bread was stale. Couldn't even eat the ends because of how hard they were. Worse steak and cheese I've ever had.

Ordered the beast today, what a total rip off. $18 for a foot long. Says double meat definitely not. Nothing but lies. Also they advertise that they freshly slice but that's false, was already sliced. Very disappointed will never go back. Will stick with the local pizza shops.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I was eating in the restaurant yesterday when a woman came in to pick up a food order. The young male working behind the counter spoke very aggressively toward this poor woman and told her to suck his . I was appalled by this and even more appalled when the other male (the manager) and young female with long brown hair claiming to be the owner were equally as disrespectful. The food was alright, but left a VERY bitter taste after observing this horrific display of "customer service". I will definitely NOT return to this store.
