Absolutely horrible experience here. Ordered ahead, gave them 30 minutes when it said to pick up in 20 minutes. Got there, only one person working and when I finally got to the front of the long line, the guy listened to me about my order, said something I couldn't hear or understand and walked away. I thought maybe he hadn't been able to do my order yet, as I watched him work on what I mistakenly thought might be my sub, but NOPE! After he took what seemed like forever on those other orders he focused on me. I asked if he has my order in front of him or if he needed me to tell him. His answer was YES. In that moment I knew this wasn't going to end well. Every time I asked him a question he his answers were nonsensical. FINALLY, light dawned on marble head and he went over to behind the counter and pulled out my already made sub. WTF! Like I said, terrible experience but unfortunately customer service seems to be nonexistent in Massachusetts so I keep telling myself not to be surprised but I shouldn't be able to go into a business and immediately know how to run it better than anyone currently working there. Do fucking better

On Tuesday, October 31, at about 5:30 PM, I ordered two 12” subs. Then I ordered a wrap with turkey, American cheese, and mayo. The server proceeded to charge me the price of a a 12 inch sub for the wrap I received. The wrap was so small. I had originally thought he was going to charge me for a 6 inch sub. The amount of turkey inside was so small that I knew this was not a meal for a full grown man, so I then ordered an identical wrap. At this point, I figured that he would count it as equivalent to a 12 inch sub, and I had a coupon for three inch subs for $17.99, as he had not yet told me he would be charging me the price of a 12 inch sub for the very small wrap I was receiving. For the second small, identical wrap, because I still was under the impression it was going to be charged at a 6 inch sub price, I gave him a coupon for it, but he charged me, once again, the price of a 12 inch sub. Not only do I think that he was exorbitantly charging me, but amount of turkey and cheese used in the wrap was extremely small. It was even small for a 6 inch sub. This server was extremely hard to understand, but since his insistence that the amount he was charging men was correct, I gave up arguing and just paid the bill. Attached are the photos I took as soon as we opened the wrap at home. FYI, I have taught five star sales and service for many years, and was extremely disappointed in the service, the food received, and the price paid for what I received. I will not be going back to this location! Instead, I will make sure to visit the subway shop that I have always frequented. By the way, keep in mind, that word of mouth advertising can go in your favor or against you, depending on how you treat your customers and the product and service you provide.

Gorilla Gaming (A 850lbs Gorilla)

Food is mildly passable for USDA choice D meats. Not really even consumable for military personnel standards but if the Zombie Apocalypse or another democrat is voted into the White House you can survive on the product. The only fresh thing there was the employees but I didn't see Jared.....I think he may still be in the Klink for taking that "Eat Fresh" a little too far with the kids.

IM ABSOLUTELY LIVID! I got a grilled chicken on flatbread with extra cheese and they charged me 14 dollars and some change and was charged for a sandwich i didn’t order this was like 10 mins ago but the last 3 times i was in there it was 11.67 for the same sandwichThe 2 ladies i talked to were giving me trouble and were trying to tell me it was correct and that i was probably not charged correctly last time (I KEEP MY RECEIPTS) and they were speaking to each other in a different language about my issue im totally fine with people speaking other languages but dont talk about ur customers issue in front of them in another language its rude. Ive NEVER told a business they lost me as a customer until today. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Got the boss on, it is a bit pricey but that is the corporate office that sets the prices, John Oliver did a whole segment on subway so don’t blame the franchise owners for the prices. The only complaint is sometimes they don’t make enough of the bread I like and sell out of it.

$10.60 for a 6 inch sub meal. Cheese ham pepperoni and bacon!!!!!! I could understand if it was a hearty sub with all fresh ingredients.
