Their camarón taco was delicious, the shrimp was cooked perfectly with great texture and amazing flavor. Took everything in me not to go back for seconds. Well priced and everyone was really friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

We had ordered steak tacos and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! The steak tasted so good and fresh just like steak off a grill on those warm summer days. The corn tortillas were nice and soft! The green salsa that came with the tacos added a kick of flavor and mild spice. I highly recommend! ? Simply delicious!! ???

My girlfriend and I used this past summer to go on a local taco tour. We each had 2 tacos from every spot in the Fitchburg/Leominster area. Los Panchos are definitely the best tacos in town. Great service and a nice little outdoor eating area. I find that food trucks often have the best food if they specialize in one or two things and that holds true here. Must visit for authentic tacos in the area.

How have I *not* reviewed this place?My partner introduced me to this place about half a year ago. I got the beef (carne asada) tacos and he the chicken (pollo) tacos. Amazing! I've gone back multiple times for it, but have tried some of the other options as well. The horchata is lovely and the tortas (sandwiches) are robust. But what really shines are the workers. They are incredibly kind and attentive, and I'll even add humble. A true delight all around.You may notice I gave the atmosphere a 4; this place is perfect for summer nights with the picnic tables but not as fun during the winter rain (though that will not stop me from coming). I'll just say that if they ever decide to open a brick-and-mortar, I would drive cross-country just to be there.

Found this taco truck while I was working in the area. The crew was super helpful and friendly. They asked if I wanted to have my baller burrito delivered to my whip. I said no. Low and behold, there was a knock at my window and the holy Burrito was delivered. There's plenty of picnic table style seating. A+ For this truck. I'll be back!
