Went here to get trompo tacos it was not trompo tacos. I didn't see the pile of meat on a skewer so I thought they cut it to my surprise the pulled the meat out of the pan through on the grill had a red sauce bottle dumped on the meat. The hold thing was trash so don't believe the hype. Not only that it had no seasoning and the sauce they used had no flavor it was bland and the corn tortillas was yuck. Like I said don't believe what you read about it being a gem its not.

"power outages", "rolling outages", "existential cold" and all of the other catastrophic California designed phrases we've all heard about for 20+ years. The employees of the "big box fast food chains" said "We're not going to work, it's NOT SAFE for us!". So they all closed down. This family owned restaurant, Tony's Mexican Cocina, was not afraid. They were open and they fed us. I ordered an enchilada plate of 4 beef enchiladas, potatoes, rice and a beef taco. Red and green sauce very spicy and warm. I goto a LOT of Mexican food restaurants within 5 miles of here and Tony's food is now way up there on my list.

Extremely hospitable during the corona virus season. They had to close down the dining area and leave their doors open for take out only BUT they did it with a great attitude. I've seen a lot of family owned businesses close recently but it's no wonder they are running strong. Fantastic tacos asadas with a genuine Mexican atmosphere. I am going to recommend all my family & friends here !
