The woman who took my order didn't know WHY I was showing her a qr code (to add points) and made my meal to go when I said I was eating there. I checked to see how many points I had from my last visit and saw no points & no previous visit when I was there a few days before.Not really feeling like I would go back to this store again. But I might go to another one at a later date.

I went to Wendy's on New Year's Eve with 2 extremely hangry but very polite small children in tow. I had literally forgotten it was NYE because I have small children and no longer have a life, but I swear to all the saints in heaven that it was like stepping into the movie "Clerks" but in the best possible way. My kids had no idea what was going on, and the staff had no idea why my kids were matching their energy, but everyone was suddenly really nice to each other and it was the best to close out the year. Anyway, I highly recommend this Wendy's. The people there seemed like they liked each other, and the food was really good.

The Drive-thru person kept asking me to pull up to the window before I was even done ordering, I paid a substantial amount of money, but they missed half of our food. I tried several times to call the store to try and fix the situation but got no answer. So I'm out about $20 worth of food, and some of us have to now find something else to eat! ?

Big yikes ? came to this location to grab some nuggets before a long drive home. Staff gave me the wrong order, no biggie I've worked in food service, I get it. We tell them it's the wrong order because I only ordered nuggets. They proceeded to tell me I was wrong and I needed to take the food. I stood my ground and made sure they knew my mobile order was A.S. as they proceeded to realize they gave me D.S. they realized they messed up, gave me my order, then slammed the window. No sorrys or anything, great service yall have here ?♀️

Closed lobby on a Saturday, saw about a dozen people trying to eat here but left once they found the lobby
Great food but for some reason they close the dining area super early so if you try to have dinner you have to use drive though which is super inconvenient and slow.

Tried to eat here a couple of weeks back. I prefer Wendy's to other fast food burger chains. But after pulling up to the ordering area, I sat there. A couple of minutes later, a girl came on and asked me to wait a few minutes. A few minutes turned to 5, and shortly after that, with no check-in as we apricot 10 minutes, I cave up. Had lower quality but actually fast food next door.I suggest only visiting when you can go in and order at the counter.
