For some reason, they have changed the starting point to the register, so nobody is allowed to go back to the bagel bar. This makes it so when you are ordering you have no idea what bagels are available, so you need to take time to go and look at what is there. Also, the menu itself is not located at the register. This made no sense, and greatly backed up the line.

Asked for extra cc on one bagle and got two bagles with very little cc on each bagle instead. They changed the system for the worse where you order at the register instead of the other end, where they make the food.

I routinely go to this location to purchase bagels. Normally goes well. Last week, Feb 7, I went to buy bagels and grab lunch at about 12:30. I noticed the bins were mostly empty and there were very few bagel choices. I asked for a brisket sandwich and immediately noticed the sales person was not friendly. I asked where there any everything, sesame or plain bagels. The response was “no I would have to make them”. I asked if they be ready soon? Thinking I could wait. The response was “if you want to wait 40 minutes” in a very flippant manner. You would think that a bagel shop would be able to figure out how to keep resupply of the only thing they sell available during lunch hour. I said no. Grabbed my lunch and left. The person waiting on me shrugged and said “I can’t bake and wait on customers. I drove 0.5 miles up the street to Panera’s. Plenty of bagels, very pleasant staff and had a coffee while I waited. So Bruggers, thanks for your bins being empty and bad attitude of staff. I will go to Panera’s from now on.

Great hot bagels. Selection is great, add-ons are great. Flavor is even better. Pastrami is savory and flavorful! Didn’t have a chance to take a pic, ate it before thinking of taking any pictures. Will be back again!

Awesome Bagels and choices offered. Went with my 23 yo daughter for breakfast... She suggested the double egg and cheese with pork sausage bagel... the bagel was delicious! I took home an Everything bagel with smoked salmon capers, red onions, cream cheese and slice of tomato. Seating is limited but don't let that stop you from giving them a try.

I love the delicious food at this store. While the flavors are consistently fantastic, I believe they could enhance the overall experience by focusing on improving speed and efficiency with their sandwich makers. I'm excited to see them continue to grow and provide even faster service in the future.

This spot offers fresh and delectable bagels in a convenient location. However, the service could be improved. After placing our order, the cashier inquired again about our selections and their contents. Unfortunately, indoor seating is absent, and while there are two tables outside, they were damp during our visit.

I miss the indoor dining but there were tables outside. The bagels were reasonably priced and I loved the sriracha honey sunrise!

We got our favorite hazelnut coffee and pumpernickel bagels. There are two tables outside. Very convenient on a nice day.

Went there instead of a closer place because we like the salt bagels here. Ordered a dozen assorted, and near the end, asked for two salt and two garlic to complete the dozen. Didn't see her grab any salt ones, but when I asked about it, she assured me they were in the bag. Got them home, found four garlic bagels in the bag, and no salt. They were all good, but was looking forward to the ones we drove there for.
