I think the pizza is great, I’ve never tried any pasta dishes. The atmosphere is too bright reminds me of a school cafe. The way the register and pickup are set up is like McDonald’s. And the register girls are all very nice and they do their best. It’s the managers you’ll encounter. Brash, not arrogant but always stressed. Not at all welcoming. They do a good business the way it is so. My critique will be ignored. But don’t expect any service, it’s really serve your self and still pay a tip. The new system.

They have turned what's supposed to be a dining experience into fast food. Expensive fast food. Also why are there no regular drinks? Everything is bottled because they don't want to give free refills and charge per drink.

Food was disgusting, one meatball cost 3 dollars and they probably bought it at the local supermarket from how ordinarily bland it tasted. The only people that have expressed enjoying this place are using daddies credit card to buy 200 worth of appetizers that barely satisfied their hunger. Our food came out at different times and appetizers came last. Broccoli on the pizza wasn't even hardly cooked. Everything ridiculously priced. Would not recommend. Try any other Italian restaurant and it will be better.

I came here for lunch and had the season special Chicken Pesto Melt sandwiche.Limited drink options but they do offer free water. My sandwich was absolutely delicious. It had two chicken cutlets! They have gluten-free options but also disclaimer that cross contamination is possible as non-gluten things are made in the same spaces.

It's fair. You select the food at the register and it is brought to you. It's more of a family or young kids hangout place; don't bring a date if you are trying to make an impression.

Fiorella's Trattoria in Lexington, MA, is a wonderful place to enjoy Italian cuisine. Tonight, we ordered takeout and enjoyed our meals at home. I had the Italian wedding soup, and the goat cheese & glazed walnut mixed green salad , hubby had the gnocchi with a piece of garlic bread, and sis had the chicken ceaser wrap. The food was good, and we will definitely continue to support Fiorella's as long as the food continues at this quality.Parking: Tonight, we were able to find a place to park in front of the restaurant, but we usually we have two people in the car, and one of us goes in to pick up our food order.

This is a neighborhood gem. The food is absolutely amazing and the price is very affordable. You can come for a casual dinner or grab a drink with a friend. We ordered different pastas and everyone loved their pick. I will definitely order my chicken napolitana again. It's not a classic dressy type of Italian restaurant but the decor is very nice and there's a bar. You have to order at the counter and bus your own table. Given the price I think it's very reasonable.

Great experience here today. It is that type of “fast casual” order at the counter and they will bring it to you and there was plenty of seating available and tables become available pretty quickly with how efficient they are.We ordered and they had everything ready very quickly. The pizza, sandwiches, and carbonara special was all great! The tiramasu was perfect to wrap up the meal. We will definitely be back!

We ordered take out and after we left we realized they forgot part of our order. We called to let them know we were returning to pick up the missed item and they acted rudely, as if it was our fault they took our order incorrectly. If you call for takeout be sure they read your order back over the phone to be sure it was taken correctly. We were also disappointed with the portion sizes for the price. The food was decent but between the price and attitude of staff we probably will choose to get takeout elsewhere.

Love the atmosphere!

Great food. Didn't like being asked to tip at a self-service restaurant.

I recently got takeout. The service was friendly & good. The food was just MEH. I had a salad with goat cheese that was overdressed. My eggplant parm sandwich was underwhelming. I couldn't help but think my hot sandwich would have been better at some hole in the wall. I won't be returning.

The atmosphere was nice, but my son didn't like cheese pizza that much.

Not only was our food fantastic, Courtney went above and beyond every expectation to make sure our experience was top notch at the Lexington location. We are loyal customers and so grateful for her care and commitment. The interior is beautiful and we always enjoy dining in or take out. Thanks, Fiorellas! We wish you many happy years in Lexington Center.

I'd had a taste of their pizza a few months ago, thought it was ok, and to try it again. I ordered on-line and when I got there, the pizza was ready but I had to wait on a line for about 10 minutes because I had not yet paid. That was a totally pathetic experience by itself. The size was galling. Their 'large' pizza is smaller than any large-sized pizza I've had anywhere else. It tasted ok but not worth the wait or the reduced size. I'll pass on this place in the future.
