They sell pints of caramelized banana walnut at my local grocery store. It is hands-down, one of the best ice cream's I've ever had in my life! There is only a few ingredients it's totally fresh and it's the real deal none of the artificial BS. Go get it and try today. You will not regret it!

We stayed with our friends in the area who go to Batch often and thought it would be great for us since we're vegan.
The constant flavors were a bit bland- coffee, vanilla, mango sorbet and lemon sorbet, but they had a rotating special that's a favorite of ours, gluten free vegan cookies n cream. They also have a vegan cone and a peanut butter sauce that's only peanuts and oil.
My son got a scoop of it with the pb and the cone and he loved it. My shake (almost $8) was cookies n cream with the pb sauce. I had it made with oat milk but the shake was super coconut-y. It was good but the pb and cookies were overpowered by the coconut.
I'll definitely be back when we visit again but I'm hoping it'll be a bit better!

I love getting ice cream here. They have a great selection of flavors including vegan ice cream. They have amazing toppings and great service. I love seeing what monthly creations they make. You can take your ice cream to go or eat it there at one of their tables they have out front.

I come here often! And every time I forget to take pictures before devouring the delicious ice cream! It’s just too good! So, here are pictures of the cute place. I always get the dark chocolate Mexican chill and the pistachios ice cream! When I say I’m in heaven ? I truly mean it! Each flavor alone is amazing but together brings tears to my eyes!Would i recommend this place? Yes! Yes! Yes! Even though I should gatekeep this spot ?
The ice cream undoubtedly is the best and earns much more than 5 stars. This was my fourth visit after enjoying this brand when I used to buy it from fresh acres market. I would have given a lower rating because one of the servers were rude...it's difficult enough being a person of color wearing traditional African clothing makes us more susceptible to gawks...but to be treated unfairly where I spent over thirty dollars is in acceptable. I will not return.Thank you for responding- which is part of why appreciate the brand. When I first had Batch over 7 years ago- I enjoyed it saw much that I emailed the company and they responded nicely. It is the best- rich-indulgent but not "sappy" sweet full-bodied I cream ever. Indeed -epic. Like I said- there were two servers, one was okay--the other totally shut down..mumbled some disgruntled comment to the other...which I couldn't interpret. Oddly enough, the white family they were serving at the same time they both were very gracious....and totally packed the ice cream into a "a whole darn pint"---took their time with these customers and were quite gracious. My wife and my experience was the total opposite: I bought two pints and a large....the large was barely packed....and my wife ordered a cone cup...with two measly scoops-- and said: "I'm done" - the ruder service seemingly sensed something was wrong...but rolled her eyes and looked at us unfavorably. This attitude continued to the cash register with me, at which time she did not put spoons in my bag nor napkins....not even a thank you....she just walked away after my card cleared. Listen- I run a large community organization in Springfield that serves a diverse group of people I firmly believe that all are treated with respect and honor because we are not the only service agency- so we are happy that you came to us. That is my montra. One thing is that I can decide where to spend my money. Again, the brand is great--my experience yesterday has left a negative impression upon me and my wife and could not imagine patronizing that Batch parlor again. Please get better servers.

It was good but not great. I tried two flavors first that were pretty mediocre one of which I was told was an award winner. I eventually decided on a third flavor that was just okay. The ice cream has a short finish on the flavors and not a lot of fat to the cream so there's just not that much there.

The ice cream has a ton of flavor, though selection is relatively limited. If you like any of the flavors they do have, though- you're in luck. The black raspberry with raspberry sauce and fudge in a homemade waffle cone is my go-to, and it is utterly fabulous. I'm a big fan and looking forward to seeing more flavors in the future.
