I have been ordering take out from Iron Chef since they reopened during the pandemic. Historically, I would always get take out from Tao's in East Longmeadow, however have been quite surprised by Iron Chef. Their Chinese cuisine is superior and always a hit with my family. You must try their Crab Rangoons and any fried rice!

I have always loved the food at Iron Chef but lately the quality has not been as good.Not sure if it is due to COVID but ordered a dinner special the Pork Fried Rice did not have 1 spec of pork in it and tasted bland.The food has been sub par.

Recently ordered Chinese food here. It was horrible. The chicken fingers were dried out and small. The beef teriyaki had a weird odor. To be fair, the egg rolls were good and my mother didn't mind her dinner (but I'm convinced her taste buds don't exist). I've ordered here many times pre-COVID and it was good. Maybe once real dining happens again they'll improve. But the takeout was awful. Like thrown away awful.

Here is all you need to know: if you live in Longmeadow, and are looking for a nearby Asian joint this does the job BUT.... If you've had big city sushi or like your Chinese food with some flavor -- stay away. The nori in rolls are often soggy, we've gotten some bad cuts of salmon, the crunchies are indistinguishable in the spicy rolls Not nearly spicy enough, sauces that are really syrupy, weird chewy pieces of chicken, moderate portion sizes
