It's a cute place, we enjoyed the food, and the service was great, but the music was just awful. Groups like Neon Trees, Jungle by Night, TRINIX, and Queen D were playing, and it was so distracting and too loud to tune out. I joked with the waitress about the playlist, and she basically said, please don't blame me LOL.

I felt like my girlfriend and I were profiled for being a lesbian couple. The hosts went to a guest to receive her name and number for the waiting list when we had already walked in way before her and had been waiting. And then after take the woman’s number said it looks like it’s a 45 min wait. I have never been treated with such distaste. It’s 2024, like come on people.
Food was fantastic, had the rice balls as an app (awesome), the chicken parm dinner (also awesome), then the cookie dough dessert (fantastic!). We had a large group and it ended up being about $90/person including tip drinks etc. definitely coming back again next time I'm in town.

First time here tonight and it was amazing! We started with the truffle risotto balls, which were super yum. I got the rigatoni as my entree and my sister got the butternut squash ravioli, both were out of this world good. Our server was very friendly and attentive, we also got the tiramisu sundae, which is perfect to share, will definitely be coming back

Frankly, since of where it is located, I was half expecting it to be overpriced with passable entrées with small portions.Not only were the prices very reasonable, but, the entire Staff was very welcoming and accommodating! Within 10 minutes of our placing our order (at 1pm on a Friday- it was busy), we had our beverages (unsweetened ice tea and Margaritas), appetizers and then our entrées!We will DEFINITELY be returning to check out the plethora of menu items! 5 stars with 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!!

The new porchetta ribs on the menu brought me back to Italy. Like for real. I love this place and in my opinion is the most authentic Italian cuisine you can find in Western Mass. I've recommended Posto to literally any group of friends I can think of. Only negative thing is the price of the pasta. As an Italian I could never spend that much for a plate but I understand we're in the US and businesses with good quality food need to survive. Last but not least, their drinks are fabulous! Thank you for bringing culinary joy to my heart.
