I come here 1 to 2 times a week ( for the past year or so) I use to like the Subway in East Longmeadow. But since the new owner ( from india) has taken it over it has went downhill fast, so I quit going over there & now I only come here. I live in East Longmeadow & the East Longmeadow Subway I right near my house. But I drive here ( way out of my way) if that is worth anything to you because I think I get a much better & fresher grinder here . I think this is the best Subway in the general area right now, before I thought the one in East Longmeadow was the best but unfortunately that has changed. I see some bad reviews here but like I said. I have been to a lot of Subway's over the years, and I have never had a serious problem here, the place is clean, food is fresh, neiborhood Is good & the staff have always been friendly here to me. It is better here then at moste other Subway locations!

The Best SubWay in the arrea. I fo not lnow,why the negative reviews, but the bread is fresh, the place is clean & the staff have always been very polite & accommodating to me. I have been to all other Subways in a 20 mile radio's in my arrea & I think this one is the best all arround.

Clean enough. Veggies should be fresher. They don't have an endless shelf-life. Franchise owner is rather sleazy. The national promos are not available here at the owner's choice. Hopefully, he will soon join Jared in prison and someone better for the community will take over.

This subway is alright, it’s clean, and the staff is usually friendly. I have noticed that they have wilted vegetables at times though which is a turn off. Subway isn’t my favorite place to get a sandwich and I don’t expect impeccable quality from such a huge chain, but you would think they would make everything look presentable seeing you watch them make every order.. I also wish this location took tips. It’s doesn’t seem fair to the employees to deny them of that when other subway locations have tips.

One of subways workers "Natalie" was super rude too me. Had an attitude on the phone, stopped answering me at times, laughed while i asked a question. I didn't see her wearing gloves with this Corona going around, so i simply asked her "Did you wear gloves while you were making my food"? She said in a tone "Obviously i did DUHHH". I then was unpleased by the service so i grabbed the receipt perfectly fine i was in a rush too go somewhere. I'm going too call the manager today and explain my concern. Don't recommend at all! Btw the food wasn't even that good!

This is a great salad & sandwich shop. I love that it's reasonably quiet, which means that one can hold a decent conversation while seated comfortably. It's clean, people are friendly and don't mind putting together exactly what you request. I do miss the old days type of subway stamps though!

Subway is consistent in their offerings. The Longmeadow location is quick, clean and attractive. We chose to takeaway our sandwiches, but the pleasant atmosphere could entice you to eat in.
