Their drinks are amazing especially the Caramel Martini. Sushi is good too. We tried the Tuna Sushi

overall a good experience I enjoyed my food, but I noticed they gave me the wrong sushi roll... It was tasty but not what I ordered, the servers are super nice but look like they're rushing a lot, and finally the place is not exactly cheap, even if you go alone you can expect to pay at least $35-$50 because the good sushi rolls are about $15 and a little small. but other than that Great place I liked the food in general.

Ordered summer rolls (fresh rolls), spicy tuna and philly roll. The summer rolls were literally just romaine lettuce loosely wrapped in soy bean paper with one shrimp smaller than a penny... They fell apart as soon as I picked them up... The sushi was warm and clearly not fresh. They should be ashamed to serve food in this manner. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

Got the Spicy Maki Combo. Sushi was fine but I don’t think it was what I ordered. Seemed like it was a Crab Roll, Tuna Roll, and Salmon Roll. No mayo or spicy sauce on any of them and they’re should have been a Spicy California Roll. Overall, it tasted alright but just underwhelming.

Haven’t been in store, always with Doordash. Love the sushi lunch special. Convenient. Better than average. Steak fried rice is a family favorite here.

Overall, ume Asian bistro is a nice restaurant, but there are some problems. I ordered pork dumplings, but they actually gave us beef.

Bangin' vodka martinis, expensive but you only need one! Free lily roll when you spend a certain amount. Don't be scared of sushi, it is NOT all raw fish!

I totally didn’t order or dined in @Ume during the pandemic period, recently we ordered sashimi take out to celebrate Jade’s graduation, Simon served the fresh fish and generous portion without raising the price, we were eating the similar kind of food in Northampton but the cost was much more. Two thumbs up for Boss Simon

The only reason they got a star is because I cannot give a review without put in a star hi I am so disappointed in this place the service was horrible the food was horrible it was at a time temperature control and I’m serve safe certified they’re short staffed and you cannot use the Covid excuse anymore this is not Japan there’s no communication skills and also very important the waitress is serving the bar ring in the register serving the food and it’s so aggravated she needs a vacation I would not recommend this place to anybody feel free to inbox me and I’ll give you further details

Waitress barely greeted us upon arrival. Sat us.Waited for 20 minutes, without being acknowledged. Got up and left. Place was empty. Only two other patrons there. Won't return.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend. This place had some pros and cons but unfortunately the cons outweighed pros. The atmosphere was really nice and the food was decent, but the service was AWFUL. Although, they did give us huge glasses of wine. We waiting 20 mins after being seated to be asked about drinks, so we ordered drinks and food at the same time. After waiting another 30 mins to get our food, it was then given to us without chop sticks...which we waited another 10 minutes for. There was only one waitress in the entire restaurant. I felt bad because I could tell she was overwhelmed. Overall, this place doesn't seem to be well run and I probably won't go back.
