Worst service ever. I gave them another go after having a terrible experience a few months ago. Staff are incredibly rude and don't listen to a word you say.
I ordered a plain fish burger again. First time they gave a chicken burger (I am a vegetarian) then argued with my husband saying that is what he ordered and he would have to pay which was not the case so we refused. Then they did not give the burger plain and gave fish fingers in the burger which again don't think is what I have had in the past but could not be bothered to argue anymore. No apology just pure rudeness.
Previously I ordered a plain fish burger. Two attempts later they finally give me the right order. When I said they had given me the wrong order the manager started shouting at the people cooking. I was with my 3 year old son and they refused us access to their toilets as they were previously getting trouble. I don't see how a place serving food and drinks can not allow people access to a toilet.

It’s Columbus Day 2022 I called to see if the Burger King was open I was hung up on five times and never got asked the question because there is no one in the parking lot and I can see why. The person who I spoke to who didn’t identify their selves until my fifth phone call when I said, can I please speak to a manager and they said they were the manager. I tried to ask if they were open but I asked first why did she hang up on me the first five times she said she was busy. I said that’s no way to speak to a customer. Just hang up on them and she said I was rude to her because I asked if they were open on a normal business day. This place is amazing. It must be the Place in law that has the worst management and customer service that I’ve ever seen. I did ask who the district managers was or can I have the district managers phone number and she said no I don’t have to give that to you and she hung up on me again. It’s sad to say, but this is why the burger kings in the Lowell area are failing because of the because of the employees, they are hiring in their locations they’re rude, sarcastic and hateful every single Burger King in the city of Lowell
