I used to come pretty regularly as a group for lunch. lately it seems like they've decreased their quality while increasing price. for the lunch specials, fries used to be included in the price. now they're $5 AND you get less than half of the amount you used to get. I actually counted, I received 19 fries. the physical menus reflect this updated price, but the QR code menus do not. left us disappointed, probably won't be back.

I'm a long time fan of Bonchon and I've always considered it my favorite fried chicken. I've gone like a million times and they've never once been short of excellent but last night I got takeout like I usually do only when I opened up my wings and drums I immediately noticed they looked different. They were all very soggy (crazy I know) and one wing even still had some small feathers on it. So I called and explained the situation, they kindly offered to remake my fried chicken. I picked it up only for it to be almost exactly the same :/ The bulgogi fried rice, seasoned fries, and buldak I got were all excellent per usual. I sincerely hope they're able to fix whatever is going on in the kitchen because as of right now I can't see myself going back.
