The delivery drivers are always always excellent but when I go pick up in person, it takes so long and nobody wants to help. Several times.The girl was on her phone instead of assisting me. The whole point of paying ahead is for quick pick up and it’s never that . Delivery is wonderful tho

Pizza is never actually cut thru the entire way and I always pay extra for a side sauce which I've got maybe a handful of times? If you gotta pay extra for sauce just please make sure we're even getting it cause most times they forget it

3rd time I do curbside and I have to end up going in to get my own food .Either the app isn’t working , I check off I’m here in the app and no one ever comes out .I go inside and everyone just continues doing what they’re doing . No acknowledgement what so ever for at least 3-5 minutes. Again , on an order I’ve placed curbside for (also left a tip) I just don’t get it.

$20 deal became $43 with an addition of a $8 pizza, so my mom decided to not continue with her order and told the employee she was all set and was just going to disconnect the call.Said employee had the audacity to then call my mother on the phone after their call ended, call her rude, then immediately hang up. Management clearly needs to assist their employees in BASIC customer service skills, such as don't call customers because you're upset? Do better.

Good food and everything and I’ve ordered here about 3-4 times before with no problems with delivery. The one time I ordered and accidentally put the wrong address online, I called to correct that information and give them the correct delivery address, and was told by the employee that their dominos doesn’t deliver to my address?Like what are you talking about? You guys delivered to my place before, which is only 4-5 minutes from that specific location.Well anyways they were able to cancel my order but all I wanted was to correct that delivery information to get my food but apparently my address is out of range now.Don’t worry I’ll take your business somewhere else.

My husband and I always older the same a Medium, Alfredo, beacon and chicken pizza, so we know how it is supposed taste and look, so today it didn't really looked it tasted as it is supposed to do, it was disgusting.

They've always been quick. Little high delivery cost with dominos. But I forgot to tip the driver because he had a lot of deliveries. He didn't pause for it nothing. I dropped his tip off and the manager of the store was very nice and helpful to see he gets the tip. My uncle also drives in NH for them and they hustle and work hard and deserve recognition. As a former retail manager working with customers is a skill for sure. Thanks guys!

I have a service dog with his vest! He’s got in the store and right away a short guy that makes pizza and clean the floor told me he (my dog) is not allowed in the store, then I told him, look again he is a service dog you can’t deny service, he said I’m not going to take your order, I said I want to talk to your manager, he said (lying) I am the manager ? then I said I want to order but he was refusing to order my food, because he could accept the fact a service dog are allowed in basically everywhere and detail: he is so quite and polite dog!!! Then I said I’m about to call 911 and then the real manager got in the store and start to get my order!!! IS THIS AN UNLAWFUL RESTAURANT??!!! I GUESS SO!

Made and order and didn't receive two sauces. I was told to just come back anytime and get the sauces refused a refund. Representative was condescending and sassy over the phone. This really isn't about some $2 sauce, it's a matter of principal and not being able to fully enjoy what I ordered.

I went to pickup my online pizza order. The guy on the front at register was very rude. I had never faced the rude response at this location before. Hope the management will take care.
