I’m sick of getting things that should know where be allowed out the door! You guys have delicious food why am I getting disgusted everytime I go to eat it! This picture is supposed to be the cheddar bacon tots, gross! I order online and can’t choose where to order from I stopped tipping after a while because dealing with this everytime is ridiculous!!

Hands down the worst customer service I ever received in my entire life…. The guy could not find my address despite the fact it turns out I actually did give him the correct one. I called manager or who was in “duty” of delivery and its like the guy was stuck on repeat , simply repeating “its uber eats fault call uber eats” not understanding a thing I said. I then went on to ask him how he does not know which one of his employees went to deliver to a university and he said he knows so I said can i please be transfered to call him so I can explain where I am at? To which he says “my driver doesnt speak english” sincere apologies but whos fault is that? Overall No help provided by manager even though it was not uber eats fault because the driver chose to deliver without using uber eats app on his own therefore location was blocked, and the manager knew where the driver was just simply chose to not fix the solution because he didn’t speak english or was to lazy…. Got 25$ stolen by DOMINOS . Never coming here again or ordering.

I live in a very secure building, and my driver did not want to come to my apartment, he chose to stay in the lobby, and said that he was going to stay in the lobby and not come up and when I went down to retrieve my food, he was gone. After I came back to my apartment, he called the phone number of my girlfriend, and said he was on his way up to her apartment. I have never had to go down to my buildings lobby to retrieve a meal, never ever and this time not only did I go down and no one was there then I came back upstairs??? this is not how delivery is supposed to happen.

My 15-year-old son tried to pay for his pizza with a $100 bill that he had gotten for his birthday and the guy behind the register said "I can't break that. Go to 7/11 and get change." So, he had to go buy something from 7/11 just to pay for his pizza. Ok, sure. This franchise is a joke.

go here like 3 times a week never have a problem I go one time in the night at about 12am and they make my pizza wrong. They put green peppers and to top it off it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Felt disgusting eating it. So I called to get a refund because it’s the middle of the night. I call and someone by the name of NICK answered the phone. He was the rudest person I have ever talked to from this place. First I ask for a refund and he sighs and mimicked me and I said yes that is correct is that an issue for the inconvenience I had to deal with. He then continues to argue and tell me I am wrong and hangs up the call. I then proceed to call again and no one would answer. Worst experience ever. I hope corporate sees this

Wow, what a let down! We ordered a large pizza with onions pepper and steak, never ever again! The toppings were pretty much not there! They are so cheap and they give you nothing. They only care about getting your money.
