Placed an order on the mobile app. Placed the order waited 5 minutes left my house it takes 4 minutes to get there and still waited another 10 minutes for my complete order. The bagels were burnt and service was very slow. Yes I went in on a Saturday but it was one of the worst experiences I ever had with Dunkin

I waited 34 minutes for a medium coffee, a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel, and a donut. They also charged me for three sausage egg and cheese instead of the one I ordered. There was one non rude staff member, no one got the orders correct. Horrible service.

Every single time I try to give this place a chance I always end up disappointed. When I make my orders in person they get it wrong, when I make mobile orders they get it wrong and I bet if they had a driver through they would get it wrong there too. Rude, slow, wrong, horrible. I cant recall one day where I was actually pleased with my service from this place. Absolutely avoid it go to the one in pelham or down town lowell don’t give them your money

This one is completely Hit or Miss, depending on the staff working that shift. The employee turnaround is HIGH. It's essentially a new staff every single week. But it's like that everywhere right now.

There’s a guy who works there tall with facial hair and blue eyes That absolutely SUCKS! He took my order I waited literally 20 min for them to tell me he didn’t put it through. Pretty annoying! And then he is so rude doesn’t even want to help me. Pooor service!

this place WAS GREAT !! until it went under new management. new store manager has no personality, she is always serious, her DM is just as worse, coming in and always yelling and making employees nervous. If this new company paid and treated my girls right and with respect this location will still be GREAT ! A LOT of the regulars are gone, cause the girls are gone, it really is all about customer service !!

This Dunkin's used to be great. They can't make a coffee correctly if their life depended on it. They give attitude and some give preferential treatment if your the same ethnicity.
