I had the pleasure of interacting with Oleg at Dunkin', and I must say he consistently stands out as one of the friendliest employees at this location. I witnessed his remarkable patience and empathy as he assisted a non-English speaking customer in selecting a dozen donuts, taking the time to guide her through the options to ensure she was satisfied. Oleg's kindness, care, and politeness were evident not just with that customer, but with everyone, including me when I picked up my order. His exceptional customer service deserves recognition.

I don’t understand what the hours are. I’ve gone twice this week to them being closed almost an hour early. Change your times if that’s the case. And it says on google y’all confirmed the times 7 weeks ago it’s time for an update, on the door too.

Took 45 min to make a sandwich and hasbrowns. Ordered at 11:45 thinking 45 minutes was enough time before my next class. It was sitting on the counter next to the oven for about 15 minutes before I saw my name. No one brought ordered from the oven to the shelve of pickups. Had to ask them for it. Wonder how long I would have waited if I didn't ask.

They didn't know that a regular coffee meant with cream and sugar - but no worries, they fixed it. Avocado toast is really nice. Clean place. Nice view of the people on the street. Friendly kids working here. Thumbs up!

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for about a year now as I’ve been at UML and I’ve never been disappointed with my coffee, all the staff are very kind and they do a great job, the quality is consistently good from someone who’s been there at least a hundred times this past year. I am willing to drive here now instead of going to one of the Dunkin’ Donuts in my home town.

Went in, said good morning with a smile. The person at the counter says something like “Uber deliveries are there” while pointing at my order, which was on a shelf. Nothing wrong with being a delivery person picking up an order, however, it turned out this was the order I placed on the app. So I said “Oh, no. That’s my stuff”. After a nervous low key BS explanation from the person at the counter as to why she thought that I, a brown Hispanic guy, was there as other than a customer; I just just said with a smile on my face, “It’s all good. Have. Nice day.” The place looks decent, but a “Hello. How can I help you?” can do a lot for the optics of this place.

Duncan isn't what it's all hyped out to be.$$$ They have a very small selection of pastries to choose from.The coffee is watered down and you could read a newspaper through it.
