I order a coffee daily with specific Splenda pack count. Whoever is preparing the coffees ignores it and does not put the packets in. I have to go and ask for them each time.

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese with white cheese on an English muffin. The English muffin is soggy and I didn’t get sausage below. You will see the pictures. I will never ever order from this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again in my life. If I could give it, no stars I would. I spent $20 and all I got was a medium coffee and an empanada.

The staff was very nice, the bathroom required a key which I found to be very strange. Dunkin donuts no longer carry coconut milk because they suck., not just this store but all stores.

Saturday, December 30th at 10:25AM an employee was rude and spoke to me with an attitude. I ordered a coffee with oat milk. It was given to me with CREAM. I kindly asked him to fix it and had a smart remark and told me I didn’t order it with oat milk and he proceeded to say things under his breath and was CLEARLY upset for WHATEVER REASON. Handed me my fixed coffee and was STILL speaking to me with an attitude. Do better, hire better employees that actually want to work and be mindful to their customers.

What a Dunkin's should be like , they definitely are a well oiled machine at this location , I'd say for the Manager/ Owner at the 81 Tyngsboro Rd in Chelmsford spot maybe call these people send your employees over here and see how they operate , they could learn what customer service is all about , that location swore at me and others F-you don't come back here there's plenty of Dunkin's go there!!! Wow !!! Anyway this spot is on point nice to see. Keep up the great job.
Andrew is the sweetest , they were just about to close and I wanted an ice spice drink, he told me he was able to make it for me none the less, drink was perfect and customer service was amazing!

Horrible customer service!! Walked in with a small group and were not greeted by anyone for ten or more minutes. One guy was barely doing anything so we assumed he didn't know the register and was only there to fill ice and clean but after maybe 15 minutes we asked if they were doing inside orders or only drive thru and he eventually took our order one by one with about 5 minutes in between each of us. Then he hands me my iced drink overflowing so bad that he had to put it in a cup with napkins stuffed under it so it was a tower of cups. One lady was hustling in the back doing drive thru orders the rest of the workers were useless.

I have been to this Dunkin’s several times in the last few weeks between 6:45-7:30. There are NEVER any muffins or bagels available. I’ve left without ordering every single time. Great business plan.
