Hi,this is in regards to Sammy Hanna review,she said there was no cheese on her bacon egg and cheese on a bagel,but there is cheese on it,it's orange,if you look at photo she added,there is melted cheese under the bacon,sorry.you were wrong but they still shouldn't doubt you,but just explained how little of cheese they put.

Okay first of all— the employees clearly didn’t want to be there. Very bland and exasperated voices. Second of all; my bacon egg and cheese on a bagel wasn’t in the bag. Instead i found a burnt, radioactive tasting sausage egg and cheese. Then my Strawberry dragon fruit refresher was unmixed and didn’t even taste like the drink. I always order the same thing (Bacon, egg, cheese on a bagel and a dragonfruit refresher) from other Dunkin’s’ in my area and they never tasted this bad, nor was my food ever messed up so terribly. Not to mention, the coffee we got also tasted diabolical.

This is the worst location I have ever gone to. The place is filthy, i typically have to wait 15 minutes for just a medium coffee I ordered on the app. If you decide to do the drive thru you’ll be waiting for 30+ min even though there are only 6 cars or so. The food is off at this location- sausage is dried out, eggs taste weird. Manager is terrible, rude and zonked out half the time. There are other dunks locations close by, avoid this one. I think any positive reviews are from people confusing this location with the other one on Chelmsford st.

My wife went to Dunkin's this morning and bought a coffee's. We live about 15-20 mins alway and called 8 time on the phone due to missing credit card, not even a single person answered to the phone. All I wanted to ask if anyone found a missing card. The worst answer is just a no. What kind of customer service is that?

I ordered an extra large hot coffeeSmall hot chocolateMed watermelon raspberry Dunkin refresher.Large iced coffee.I got a cold coffee instead of a hot coffee but when I went inside, it was like a zoo. It was very dirty. There was a lot of swearing, and whoever was at the drive-through needs to know that that is very unprofessional for a company that is so big I am absolutely appalled. I was told that upon ordering my small, hot chocolate that you did not carry the hot chocolate powder anymore and that has been going on for weeks after I told him that I ordered it yesterday he changed his story and told me he hasn’t been there for four days so I don’t know if he is deliberately lying to me because he didn’t want to make it or Whatever the case may be, but I felt very disrespected.I want a refund.I was order #91837:06 pmSunday July 30

Dunkin' is one of my favorite fast food cafes, they are very affordable and have yummy tater tots. I always get their matcha lattes which are solid generally.

WARNING YOU CANNOT ORDER MORE THAN 4 drinks at the DRIVE THRU, there is ZERO SIGN/Warning….was told because the new owners put the poor employees on a timer so they can meet sales expectations….this causes employees to be rude to unknowing customers….we’re spending more money and have to be obligated to walk inside and order ?♂️ NOW YOU KNOW !!!SHAME ON THIS STORE BEEN GOING FOR YEARS

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to! The drive through took over 20 minutes and there wasn’t even that many cars. When we got to the window the person was wicked lost, not well trained and gave us the wrong food. The ice coffee was horrible and it tasted like it had rotten milk in it! DONT EVER COME HERE!
