Came in to DD on Central St, the man was very helpful and explained everything to me I Inquired about, however, I noticed immediately the place was immaculate and this is the first time I have encountered that at this DD. These gentlemen were so accommodating and friendly and I totally appreciate it big timeDietary restrictions: I like the oat milk big time and vegetarian food, we could use more

Right when you walk in all you see is the dirty floor and tables, the food wasn't very good because they didn't care to make it the right way. There were only 2 other customers so they could've taken the time. I asked for them to open the bathroom and it was dirty and there was no soap and when I went into the other bathroom there was soap but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Overall I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin's, if they spent more time cleaning it would be a pretty decent dunks to go to but other than that I won't be back. Management needs to step up and teach their employees properly.

Again only 1 person taking orders & making them accountability is gone no more " be right with you " that's everywhere you go Loisy service!
I came in this morning and had such a horrible experience. While the cashier was very polite, the person around the counter making coffee was extremely rude. She had blonde hair and bangs tucked into her hat with a face mask on. She repeatedly made negative comments about my perfume and said it was making her sick. She kept saying "who ever has that perfume on it is too much, I am going to throw up, oh my josh". This is not the experience I'd hoped for as a paying customer. This behavior was inappropriate and completely embarrassing. I really do hope management addresses this situation and hires better staff. This is not acceptable, started my day off badly and as a result, I will not be returning.

Busy place. Very good service especially when it seemed they might have been understaffed. Really wish they would carry Chocolate Frosted Cake Donuts. They never seem to have them so I typically settle for the Double Chocolate Cake Donuts. Also, would be nice if they also had chocolate milk.
