I've been here twice now and I can say the only thing that is good is their iced coffee. First time I went, it was around 4-5 and the food I got were cold even though it was in the warmer thing. I also tried their butter bread which was super packed with butter sauce which was extremely sweet. Second time, went bc I wanted their coffee. Husband decided to grab some food. Again, cold. This time it was noon. I'm thinking they either cook early in the morning or they're giving us leftovers. I'd much rather go across the street. Bottom line: just go for iced coffee.

Delicious food! I like their banh mi and laab pork I believe is the name. I like their banh mi over yummy express only because this place uses bigger cucumber and can taste better in each bite lol. They open at 7am which is great for getting lunch on my way to work in the morning. Been here many times and it’s always delicious!

Food is absolutely delicious, cashier was really friendly, huge variety of items. If you're looking for tasty Asian food give this place a try you won't regret it I've been here a few times I love their food and friendly service...give it a try bon appetite!

I would only buy the sandwich well due to the other shop is closed for the holiday. Yes, maybe never again idk. Something was off! Tried the egg roll and it was cold. Beef stick was gross. Someone bought this for me. If I was there I wouldn't even waste my money! He never going to come back here that's all y'all need to know!! If you love it keep on going ain't no one stopping you.

Worst worst worst worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!The cashier is so rude she started barking at me because I ask her a question???? I never experience customer service like this ever!!! For me I always have positive thoughts even if there bad!! But not here At Heng Heng fast restaurant in lowell Ma!!!! This lady need to stop servicing people!!!! She needs help!!!! So sad that I have to give them 1 star just post there service they don’t deserve any type of stars!!!!! Really really poor service!!!!

The old owners was way better . There food is old and disgusting, I found hair in my Noodles . There egg roll is never fresh and taste like microwave cardboard . I repeat if your looking for tasteless food come here . I wish the old owners still run this place , And the food is trash . Don’t come here unless you really desperate.The new owner is way to cheap they resell what they don’t sell the day before you can tell by just looking at it’s literally weeks old .P.S the pictures on googles is from the previous owners , which was way more better and fresh . The new owners are tooo cheap don’t eat you will get sick.Can’t believe I found a hair on my soupOne way you can find out look at the egg rolls they look like it’s been sitting on here for nearly 2 weeks mark my words don’t support .
