The food has unfortunately gone way downhill. I had the Fried Haddock sandwich. It was covered in Cole slaw, not mentioned in the menu, the roll was huge. My friend asked for light sauce on her BBQ chicken wings and they were drowning in sauce. $40 bux for the sandwich and wings both basically inedible. The place was also empty. A sign of the change in food quality .

This place has the best service & food around! The entity it fits into, I don't think Lowell has anything better. NOBODY has a better Haddock, Clams or seafood plate around. The Cole Slaw is house made & is delicious .

My fav never fail items at Jimmy's Pizza Too: 1. Italian Sub (half of sub in photo) 2. Any of their "bowls" 3. Salads are as "if you made them at home" freshness. Steak tips salad is 4. The pizza is just over average in my opinion There is a ton of incredible dinners and seafood on the menu that I know my friends love but I haven't ordered yet. P.S. don't forget the Italian sub

Got the beef strips with onions and peppers. It was out of this world. Good. It's not crazy. Ridiculous with the prices.
The pizza is... edible. The crust is like cardboard, the cheese has no taste and the sauce is very plain; it tastes like tomato paste with salt and sugar - no other layers of flavor. I've actually had better pizza from Domino'

First, I ordered a buffalo chicken tender sub via delivery. When it arrived, it was sliced pre formed chicken tenders without any buffalo sauce and without lettuce. I immediately called the restaurant and was greeted by the manager with a hostile attitude. The employee on the phone took down the order incorrectly but, blamed it on me. That is HORRIBLE customer service! He said that he would replace the sub THIS time only. What I NOW received was grilled chicken with grissle and a bbq type sauce, not buffalo and soggy lettuce and broken roll. Obviously, this was in direct retaliation for complaining. When the delivery guy showed up to drop off the 2nd sub, he wanted the original sub back! Isn't that hillarious? I have never been asked to return the wrong product. This place is less than an inferior restaurant. Horrible experience! Zero stars to this dump.
