Place is weird. Seems to have good reviews but is completely empty inside. Went for a pickup order. Only one staffer present, and they admitted to having a 'bad throat' and were audibly coughing in the kitchen. It's food service if you're sick stay home.
Unfortunately they were closed despite having taken our reservation and having their hours posted in the door saying they were open. No one is answering their phone and the voice mailbox is full. Avoid making a reservation here.

I found this place and based on the google I and my friends walked in and I ordered a stuffed grapes leaves, lamb shank and lamb shish kabab and roasted chicken ,one of the best roasted chicken I have ever tasted , and the food items are fresh and good .Over all it was a good experience and excellent food , I will visit again and again for the food

Impressions: after this business changed ownership, they increased pricing significantly but decreased food & service quality significantly. Owner is making a quick buck, riding off the success of the previous ownership.I found this place and the Google reviews seemed positive, so my wife & I went over the weekend. Initially we wanted to dine in. There was no heating, and our table was empty for 20+ minutes (no water or cutlery) so we changed to take-out.Wanted to order beef-filled grape leaves but they were out of beef. Ordered vegetable grape leaves, lamb shawarma, and lamb shish kabob. It took over 40 minutes to receive the food.While sitting and waiting, we witnessed a family return with their order complaining about the change in seasoning, poor meat quality, and overall terrible experience. The employees could not agree even to give them a free food to make things right.Got our food and left. Paid $65 total for SOGGY grape leaves, pre-frozen lamb tougher than bricks, and sincere regret for having gone here.I almost feel bad as I really wanted to support a Halal restaurant, but then I remember I spent $65 for what tasted like a $15 meal.
Great and Nostalgic place, The customer service is amazing. The restaurant is located inside a beautiful building, by the way it opened there 40 years ago. I find that interesting.The building where it's located at, used to hold the American Textile History Museum, it was founded in 1960. I enjoyed the nostalgic pictures of the textile machinery. There's also a textile printing machine that was assembled there at the first floor next to the restaurant.What can I say, It's A Lovely Place.
