Horrible customer service. I ordered two pretzel crust pizza online and they messed up my order so I asked for it to be redone. Then when they remade it they didn’t make it with pretzel crust. The chef takes it back and overflows the entire pizza with salt to make it “pretzel crust”. When I call to ask for a refund the chef was super rude and was yelling at me asking why I want to refund the pizza. Completely unprofessional and now are not picking up my call when I am trying to contact a manager. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Their "Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni" is on a different level than most mainstream pizza places. It covers all my weaknesses. When made right. My previous order had a hiccup, which lead to my family not having pizza that night. However, their manager reached out to me directly and solved my issue. Today, when I ordered it again, everything was perfect. So I was very impressed with their customer service and willingness to address any problems. Our family will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Ordered delivery through DoorDash and the driver purposely ruined the boxes of pizza I ordered but Staff at lil ceaser not only refund full order they even remade all the pizza at no cost.

Overall good experience. Service is always good, parking very limited, restaurant just has seats to wait, no tables. Pizzas are very good, on the salty side.
After waiting 90 minutes, I never received my pizza + brownies. They did give me a refund but I went hungry that night! Wherever the pizza was delivered- they eat well for free!
