There yesterday and it's not even close to Anthony in Methuen it's a big roll and little beef not even warm fries were good would never go back There. I will stick with Anthony were one sandwich will fed two cooked perfectly and would give it the highest marks and easy to get to right at 93 and Pawtucket bldg

My new favorite at Lukes is the strawberry smoothie. With this beautiful weather I am not cooking tonight - why bother! With so many choices for dinner I can please my whole family! The best Roast beef sandwich for me, and great pizza and fries for the kids. Thank you Lukes for having great quality food and a great staff!

Do you like edible food? Then don't eat here. Roast beef sandwich was disgusting and not edible. We threw it away. It was ice cold and I'm used to roast beef sandwiches at least warm. The meat was shaved into little crumbly pieces that not only had a funky taste but was so fatty and chewy you had to spit it out. Pizza was nothing special. Plain, A ton of cheese and little to no sauce, but piping hot. Unlike the onion rings that were ice cold, soggy and looked like they have been sitting out for a couple hours. And clearly they had considering the pizza was hot and the roast beef and the onion rings were ice cold. Also threw those away cuz they weren't edible. Onion rings might have been good if they were hot or even warm but they were limp soggy and disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs. Nasty and too pricey for that disgusting meal. They should be ashamed to give that too customers.

Really good roast beef sandwiches and their FRIED DOUGH is amazing! No need to drive to the beach for fried dough anymore! I def recommend. Will be coming back soon to try their apps and pizzas

If you really enjoy Roast Beef sandwich then try one on the large onion rolls

I have no idea what happened to this place--the food used to be amazing! Unfortunately, it's gone way down hill. We usually get the roast beef dinner (sandwich and onion rings), and an additional medium roast beef sandwich. Usually everything tastes fresh and delicious, however this time, the roast beef was like torn little tasteless shreds on both sandwiches. And when I say shreds, I mean like it was comparable to wet torn straw wrappers-- disgusting! Not only this, but the bottom bun on one sandwich was SOGGY, while both buns on the other sandwich were pretty stale. Another issue that they have never seemed to fix was the lack of toppings that you ask for. I don't understand why they skimp out on the toppings for the sandwiches when they charge so much for them. Good news though, they improved on the oil drenched onion rings (or at least with this last order). With that being said, I don't think I'll be returning for a while until they've improved. Hopefully management can get a better hold on things.

The roast beef sandwich was not great and we were missing a whole sandwich. The fries and onion rings were soggy

THE BEST roast beef I've ever had. Cooked perfectly rare, just how I like it. I ordered a pound, no sauce, no bread, added a little salt. Simply delicious. Beautiful flowers decorate outside with a gazebo to sit in shade. Very clean and neat. Service was top notch. Business is named after owners adorable black lab.

We love these roast beef subs they are gigantic and when we are done we look forward to the next time. The bread is so soft and fresh as well!

This by far isn't the best roast beef in Lowell. There wasn't enough beef. "Where's The Beef". To much sauce for so little meat. I went there on reviews. You guys need to get out more and eat beef. Far better out there.

soggy isnt the word to describe the onion rings. the fries were soggy, but tasty. the roast beef was okay but i expected more from a roast beef place. mozzarella bites (described as fried fresh mozz balls) are actually just your average mozzarella sticks. no romaine for caeser salad. im confused why this place has such good reviews, we were really looking foward to it.

Just had food from Luke’s for the first time... it’s great! We met the co-owner Ed while walking a few hours ago and decided to come for dinner. I can honestly say I’ve driven by it for the last 8 months since moving here and never gave it a second glance.. but man! You can’t beat the place! Great and friendly staff and AMAZING prices. The pizza steak bomb is a large pizza and it’s delicious! Definitely going back to support this place! Oh yea the onion rings were great too!

1st time visiting, though right next to carwash I frequent, but never noticed. So after getting good reviews from friends about roast beef, I tried today, after washing car, got the roast beef sub, warm, thin sliced, tender roast beef, added free toppings of tomato, onion, provolone, mayo, & BBQ sauce. Was a little pricey, thus only 4 stars (4 1/2 stars really), but delish, so took a menu for phone ordering take-out, when not in area to wash car, & to save time, because they only have the walk-up window, but worth the trip in my opinion.

With the mixed reviews, we decided to go there with an open mind... decide for ourselves. (Last time we drove to Woburn to get good roast beef) The place is confusing for a sec,..you think it's a car wash first. Anyway, we liked it! We got the roast beef and chicken fingers. All good, no need to go outta town anymore! The owner was friendly and the service lady was too.
