Use to order from here several times a month and never had a problem. Now that it has been sold it has gone down hill in all aspects. Got a chicken finger sub and ended up getting sick. Decided to order a lg pizza and 2 sides and was charged 57 for a lg pep pizza and 2 large sides. When i asked why it cost so much i was told delivery fees.. keep in mind you are being charged for tip as well under "delivery" fees. Will never order from here again. Not the same anymore!

The 1st time we ordered, we were impressed. Crust had a nice flavor, the toppings were plentiful. The sauce is not acidic. This is now my new go to pizza place when I'm in the area.

The new owner is the definition of cheap and rude. Used to order from here 2-3 times a month for delivery with no problem. Now when I tried ordering delivery they said no originally and then when I said I order all the time they eventually agreed but the owner said to "make sure you tip really good." Then when I tried to order again two weeks later they flat out said "no" and hung up. Apparently a $5 tip on a sub and side order wasn't good enough. Keep in mind I live 2 miles away in the same city. They have no business owning a pizza delivery place. Let me know when you sell.

They're food is excellent. I myself ordered a piece of fried haddock and it was the biggest piece, the best tasting piece I've ever had! No exaggeration. So delicious I nearly drooled eating it! Everything we order is high quality, especially now that they are under management from the former people of Jimmy's in Chelmsford. Trust me, you will not be disappointed! Their pizza is really good too! Crunchy crust mmmm. Great people who take pride in quality and personable treatment!

Do yourself a favor and please stay away from Pizza Palace. Got sick from an order I placed on Friday called them Saturday to let them know and to ask for a refund (because of course I am not going to be paying for a food that almost killed me).Two days later after going back and forth with them the guy who answers the phone tells me he talked to the owner and their CONCLUSION was that I’m allergic to something I ate, because my order was BIG and that in order to get a refund they need a hospital report. (Told them many times I wasn’t allergic to the food I ate and he kept on insisting I was)My order: Large half and half pizza, sm chicken buffalo calzone, sm cajun fries and sm mozzarella sticks. For a family of 4, and the only thing I ate was the chicken calzone.I asked for at least the chicken calzone refund since that’s what made me sick and the guy’s answer was “To make it up to you I can send you another chicken calzone, on me”..Total joke!! What makes him think I would ever eat there again especially eat the same thing that made me so sick.AWFUL Food, AWFUL management and AWFUL customer service.

The food was awesome! My baked Haddock was delicious ? My husband says his fried Haddock was the best he has ever had. The owner is a gentleman and so are the cooks in the kitchen. Thank you for your great service. We will definitely come back again.

My mom and I used to order takeout every Sunday because of the large special pizza sale, and it was always cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of crunch. However, after learning the place was sold a few months ago, it makes sense that when my mother ordered a small cheese pizza for my little four-year-old sister, they gave us some damn soggy cheese fries. I was so aggregated at this woman because my mom spoke clearly, and she was Indian as my mom was Cambodian, so I supposed she would've understood my mom with the Asian accent. But I guess wrong. We did get our cheese pizza for free but we didn't get our money refunded for the disgusting cheese fries that we didn't even want. As a conclusion, we haven't really ordered from the place since the incident and we found a better pizza place to get our pizza from.
Last week I had this sub, person working there was very friendly, it’s value for money. I’m sure I will be visiting here more often :)

This place is so underrated its unbelievable. We were in town looking for a good bargain and we certainly did not expect the flavours and quality of this place to be so on point. We got a large pizza with three toppings and a small ham and cheese calzone to share, with a large bottle of soda, paid 30 bucks. They brought us cups, plates, everthing. Super crispy crust, loads of oozy cheese, so tasty.... so so good. You have to come here. The owner is super nice too.

This place was sold months ago, didn’t know and ordered pizza and chicken finger dinner, it was terrible, I could make better pizza at home from scratch, and the onion rings were greasy and soggy! Chicken finger were the frozen type. Wrong sauce was included,FOOD Tastes like Garbage!Food took over an hour to show up too!

Pizzas are alright. Greek style that tends to have a bit too much sauce unless you get a normal cheese. Their subs are good and pretty standard. French fries from here are amazing on the other hand... Really flavorful and crisp. If you are gonna get a pizza do yourself a favor and get fries.
