Worst place ever. Ordered food at 4pm and was told it would be delivered in 30 min. Still haven't received my food 3 hours later. Eveytime I call to ask where my food is, they tell me it is 15 min and on the way. I finally called and tried to cancel my order after waiting 3 hours and they just kept saying it on the way and hung up on me. So rude and disrespectful. I would give this place a zero star if I could.

Food was great a little pricey but it's worth it, if you like Lobster pie get it very good it's like 30 bucks but you get 2 sides. I usually get Prime Rib, or a Chicken Cesar wrap.

My first time here, First of all the service front girl was horrible very rude and impatiens, and the pork pig was very dry plain .mybe was the chef wrong day idk but long story short, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if they keep it up .

Their food is pretty good depending on the day or chef. The chicken is hit or miss, it’s either very flavorful or has a bitter burnt/charcoal tasting glaze over it which makes it inedible. The pricing is possibly the best part. It isn’t so bad for the amount of food that they give you. I think if they do a quality of food check before selling it, this place would be a hit. There may or may not be a difference from delivery or dining in.

I’m not from Lowell so I thought I’d stop by as it has the best reviews and honestly it was a let down. I got the bistew onions and peppers ( my favorite meal, I never get anything else) and this by far has been the worst one I’ve tried. The rice was grainy but moist and the steak was chewy… and that’s the part that really got me. I’ve never had chewy bistec… not sure if it’s cheaper steak or the way it was cooked but very much a let down for texture, the flavor was decent ( the sauce was good, steak not too flavorful itself). My boyfriend got carne guisado and the flavor intensity was a solid 6, the meat was tender though! Rice and gandules was dry. The coke was probably the best part, minimalistic atmosphere. We were gonna do dine-in but for obvious reasons chose takeout and at at a local park. Overall, try the next place ..
