I'm pretty sure the cheese on my pizza was spoiled. It taste like curdled milk. The food was so hot that when they packed it all the Styrofoam melted together. Ketchup literally boiled. First and last time ever ordering from here. If I could get my money back I definitely would.

My last order was for 1 LG chicken tenders and 1 sm chicken tenders. There was a pause between items to make sure that we were on the same page. When I got there, the young lady had only a small order ready and wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. I made the call, and I know what I ordered. Why argue with me. Just make me some more chicken tenders and be happy with an additional order of chicken tenders.

Is it possible to give zero stars? I order often because it's convenient, every time I go it is worse and worse. This time I got a pizza with garlic added to it. There is absolutely no sauce on the pizza. And the dough is completely flat, like the dough is old and didn't rise, whatsoever. If I could upload a picture I would. There is always something. I understand food costs went up and people are trying to maximize their profit to make up for it. But this is ridiculous. Skimping the customer so they don't come back is not the correct way to do it.

I ordered a pizza from Russo’s, mistake #1, through Slice who said it would be delivered at 12:42 pm. Pizza didn’t arrive until 12:56 pm no reason provided. When I opened the box the pizza toppings had Slide Over to one side of the pizza box with half the pizza having no toppings. Tried to resolve through Slice mistake #2. I allows the Russo’s and was told the manager wasn’t there and they could do nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY WHO WILL NOT DELIVER A QUALITY MEAL!

Had chicken parm....it was a reheated frozen chicken patty with overcooked spaghetti covered with Mozzarella no parm at all

I ordered a beef stroganoff pizza and it came with more nerve/fat than meat. I left almost everything aside. Impossible to eat. It's not the first time I order pizza at Rossos and every time the pizza comes with some problem, either too salty, or too little chicken in a pizza where the main topping is chicken, etc. Unfortunately that was the last time I order pizza from this place.
So my wife is from Brazil. And when I was down there I fell in love with kilo restaurants. This is the closest thing I have gotten to it. The selections they have for Brazilian style food is amazing for the price. The sub shop side of things is also very good. But I definitely come for the rodizio

First time I ate there I wasn't impressed. Last 2 times much much better. Steak and cheese is very good. Low carb wraps are good as well.
