Came in with my fiance and we were excited to dine in as we usually order take out from here. There were other seats open but they sat us near the entrance and its already cold out and people were coming in and out. I asked for another seat and they gave us a booth which isnt bad. What was bad was we ordered a thai tea and spring rolls as appetizers and nothing came and we waited 30 whole minutes while they served two other tables who came in after us. No appetizers no updates on anything we're hungry. Yet two other tables had everything they asked for in 10-15 minutes while we had literally nothing for 30 minutes. Was it rude that I asked for another table? Waitress was probably rubbed the wrong way?? I'm left confused. Bad service. I really didnt want to write this review unless I really felt like I have to.

I had an utterly disappointing experience with this service. Not only did they fail to check in on me as promised, leaving me parched and frustrated, but their staff was downright unprofessional. Instead of attending to their duties, they were loudly engrossed in irrelevant conversations in the corner, completely ignoring their responsibilities. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere for competent and attentive service.

Sizzlin Kitchen just didn't hit for me.The Bibimbap overcooks while it is in front you - rice becomes crunchy and undesirable.The Pad Thai, to me, is not quite the right flavor pallette. It is missing the sweetness, and the lime-accent commonly found in pad thai.I would not recommend Sizzling Kitchen. The flavors did not appeal to me.Parking: Downtown Lowell parking

The food was good, service was only ok. Lot to choice from the menu. So I picked Bibimbap, a dish I always want to try because all the K drama always eat that. I had the most expensive seafood bibimbap for $17. It has shrimps, scallops, squid, and mussels with the spicy sauce ?

The food was good until we saw a rodent scurry across the floor. Looked like a mouse. We told one of the servers and he didn't seem to understand or didn't care. He gave us a thumbs up and said that's ok. What?!? A rodent in your restaurant is not ok. We then saw two more mice in different spots in the dining room. We told the other server and she said she would tell the owner, who was sitting at a table nearby. They didn't say anything to us, apologize or anything. Probably should be reported to the health department.
