I asked for green tea waffle and they didn't have green tea ice cream, I got a chocolate instead but the taste and texture was weird, like gum, for the bubble waffle it tasted like old oil, the services was good and the place was clean. They are a fan of the matcha flavor, they went looking for matcha snow and there wasn't any, I ordered chocolate with a waffle, the waffle tasted like old oil and the snow tasted bad like chewy, I didn't like it in general. The service was good and the place was clean, they have board games.

I used to love this place about 5 YEARS AGO.... But when I went recently after a craving for boba tea I was highly disappointed. The place has not been updated since 2019 and it shows when you walk in it reeks of old spaghetti and sweet confections. Not a great combination. My sister ordered a Thai iced tea and she said it tasted like cooking oil and when I had a sip the bobas were already deteriorating in the chair in the tea. It was awful and this was a disappointment because it's typically a classic flavor. My honey green tea with lychee was amazing tho but I did ask for a exchange for her drink and was declined. Not only was the tea bad but all the games are DESTROYED and left like that. It would be to have some new ones and some nice decor since it's giving hospital cafeteria.

I tried the Strawberry milk tea w/ coconut boba and it was good. My son got a chocolate waffle ice cream and it was delicious. Great service

I must have driven by hundreds of times but never noticed this place. Then today i was driving around looking for something sweet and found this place. The inside desperately needed some decor because it looks like a hospital cafeteria. There are many items on the menu but basically there are waffles and shaved ice. Then there are drinks. The flavors are not bad but nothing special. It will fix your carving. But you won’t necessary wanting to go there if that make sense. However, it has unfulfilled potential and I hope the owner will turn it into a popular hangout place one day.Parking: On the street parking. You can find parking if you look around.

This is supermarket ice cream for the price of Baskin Robins. The ownee is very rude and condescending. We placed two orders of 2 and one scoops of ice cream and she stuffed them in one cup telling us that this is the way they serve. I do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

In awe of their cupcakeOrder some as prizes for the baby shower game of my sister. The adults initially said, "I don't want a cupcake," but returned for more after hearing how good they were described by their peers.

It’s a great place for fruit tea and ice cream. My favorite meal is pasta+ lemon tea and ice cream! It’s totally worth it!

I love eating here after class after a long day! The menu is filled with a variety of treats and drinks that are refreshing and sweet. The owner is very kind & the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

This is a really low key place with minimalist decor. I tried chocolate waffle which was served with chocolate icecream, garnished with almond flakes and oreo crumbles. I really did not like it as, waffle was under cooked and the taste was not that great either.

Absolutely fantastic! I love to get the smoothies and the red bean or mango bingsu. Highly recommend!

Good bingsu. Haven’t been able to find a good bingsu place with the right kind of snow texture around Boston, but this place has it. The toppings and presentation aren’t as good as what you would find in Asia, but for the Boston area, it’s a very good bingsu. Waffle was also good.

I have been hearing about Sweet Journey for awhile, and was walking downtown today & had the opportunity to finally check them out! First, I appreciate that in these times, the price has gone up, but is still more affordable than other local competitors, which is much appreciated. It's also nice to see so many other boba shops open up in town--many/most of them are franchises/part of a larger chain. When I think of local businesses, I am thinking here and Eggroll Cafe near UMass Lowell. I had the lychee tea w/boba (my go-to), and it was refreshing, boba very chewy. I'll have to try others/check out some of the dessert selection, too. Glad they are here!
